Disney’s Wilderness Lodge Getting Delicious New Food Options

When planning a vacation at Walt Disney World Resort, there are so many Resort hotel options to choose from. From fun Value Resorts like Art of Animation and All-Star Movies to Moderate Resorts like Caribbean Beach Resort and Deluxe Resorts like Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, there is something for almost every budget.

If you want to spend time in the Most Magical Place on Earth, but also want the relaxed feeling of being in a beautiful National Park in the Pacific Northwest, then there is no better place to stay than Disney’s Wilderness Lodge.

Disney’s Wilderness Lodge is located in the Magic Kingdom Resort area of Walt Disney World, and can even be seen on a monorail loop around Seven Seas Lagoon. In addition to its gorgeous rooms and stunning pools, there are also many great dining locations at this Deluxe Resort — including Story Book Dining at Artist Point with Snow White, Geyser Point Bar & Grill, Territory Lounge, Roaring Fork, and the incredibly popular Whispering Canyon Café.

Disney’s Wilderness Lodge has so many amazing dining options, and now two of them are getting some mouthwatering new menu options. Disney Parks Blog shared more on what is coming to both Roaring Fork and Territory Lounge.

Roaring Fork – Beginning October 11


Meat and Potatoes Quiche — made with broccoli, potatoes, bacon, ham, and Gouda cheese

Vegetable Lover’s Quiche — made with peppers, onions, leeks, green peas, potatoes, broccoli, fresh herbs, and cheddar cheese

Warm Cinnamon Roll — made with fresh blueberries and topped with a blueberry cream cheese frosting

Warm Grizzly Bear Claw — filled with mixed nuts and raisins

Lunch & Dinner

Asian-Style Noodle Salad — a salad made of tofu, mixed vegetables, crispy rice noodles, and fried wontons

Heirloom Tomato Salad — made with pickled wild mushrooms, Burrata cheese, red pepper pesto, and basil

Country-Style Baked Meatloaf — baked in a delicious sauce and served with buttered cheese, chunky mashed potatoes, and gravy

Barbecued Brisket Burnt Ends — served with potato hash, “fiery” coleslaw, and cornbread

Almond Walnut Bundt Cake — topped with coffee glaze and cream cheese icing

Berry Thyme Crumble Pie — the fruit served in this crumble will change with the seasons, so you can always experience something different!

The Territory Lounge is really a hidden gem at Disney’s Fort Wilderness that focuses on small bites and sharable plates. Let’s take a look at its new and absolutely amazing new offerings.


Territory Popcorn Sampler — featuring a variety of flavors — including sea salt popcorn, truffle popcorn, BBQ popcorn, caramel popcorn, and spicy popcorn

Artisanal Cheese & Charcuterie — featuring cheeses from Oregon and Utah (perfect fit to the hotel’s theme) that have a smoky flavor, as well as cheese wrapped in honey and sea salt, a fresh honeycomb, pickled vegetables, and handcrafted bread

Loaded Baked Potato Flatbread — topped with potato, bacon, chive cream cheese, and crème fraîche

Salmon Run Flatbread — topped with dill-cured Gravlax Salmon (cured in-house), truffle cream cheese, fried capers, onions, black sea salt, and dill

Bacon on the Wire — black pepper candied bacon cured in smoked paprika and bourbon, cold smoked, and roasted with a bourbon glaze, served with deviled eggs topped with fried shrimp, chipotle beef jerky, and candied salmon with a bourbon glaze

Bone & Brie — roasted bone marrow and honey-baked Brie, baked in a cast iron skillet and served with a marionberry onion jam


National 95 — made with a combination of Whistle Pig Rye, simple syrup, and sparkling Argyle Brut

L&C G&T — made with Ford’s Gin, St. Germaine, and elderflower tonic, garnished with a cucumber ribbon and a fresh flower

Orchards Bounty — Ketel One Peach & Orange Blossom Botanicals Vodka, house-made Pinot Gris syrup, Dolin Blanc Vermouth, and Aperol

Orange Spiced Sangria — a combination of Château Ste Michelle Cabernet, Cointreau orange liqueur, apple cider, and house-made orange spice syrup

The Northwoods — made with Bulleit Rye, house-made Rosemary syrup, citrus juices, and maple

S’Mores Old Fashioned — made with Elijah Craig Bourbon, toasted marshmallow syrup, and chocolate bitters, and garnished with toasted marshmallows

Timeless Elias — featuring Macallan 12-year Scotch, house-made vanilla bean syrup, and Courvoisier VSOP

These new menu options at Territory Lounge and Roaring Fork are perfect for those who love classic dishes with a modern twist served in a relaxing, scenic environment. Wilderness Lodge is also close enough to all the action that Guests can pop over if they want a break from a busy day in Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom Park.
