According to the complaint, Pope is seeking $4,804 plus interest and attorney fees. The filing alleges she was owed $2,402 in unpaid wages, with an additional matching amount sought as damages.
The lawsuit accuses the company of failing to comply with requirements under the Florida Minimum Wage Act.
