Do you ever feel like you love visiting a Disney Park so much that you just don’t want to leave? Wouldn’t it be a dream to get to live somewhere surrounded by Walt Disney magic every day?
For the lucky people who will be moving to the first ever Storyliving by Disney community in Rancho Mirage, California, that dream will soon become a reality. Walt Disney Imagineers have even hard at work preparing the Contino Community for its future residents. Some big announcements have just been made about the incredible amenities we can expect to see in the community.

Contino Offers a Classy Touch of Disney
Most people are concerned that moving to a Disney community would be incredibly cheesy. No one wants to feel like they are waking up in an overstimulating environment every day. Good thing Walt Disney Imagineering crafted the Cotino community with exactly this in mind.
Life at Cotino will be classy and luxurious with a touch of Disney magic everywhere you go. In addition to the gorgeous homes being built in the Cotino Community, residents will also be able to purchase the Artisan Club membership. This membership unlocks some incredible amenities onsite.
Disney’s Dazzling New Amenities

The first major amenity is the Parr House. Nestled on the shoreline of Cotino’s grand oasis, this building is inspired by the house in “Incredibles 2.” The Parr House will be used for special events within the community. It also has a gorgeous elevated patio that gives some terrific views of the grand oasis and the gorgeous mountains of Greater Palm Springs.

The membership doesn’t stop there. Members will also receive access to a waterfront clubhouse and private beach area. This clubhouse will be a fun and social part of the community. Recreational activities and special events will be hosted here.

It seems that the Artisan Club membership will be a good deal for those planning on moving to the community. As a reminder, the membership is voluntary for residents and will cost an additional fee.
