This is just one of many recent closures seen within the Disney Parks.
Millions of people visit Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort every year for a magical and once-in-a-lifetime experience. When you enter the gates of Disney, you hope to be transported into a completely new world, unlike anything you have ever seen before. One of the ways that Disney helps keep its magic alive is by regularly introducing new and exciting offerings to the Parks. Disney survives on being imaginative and dreaming up original concepts for Guests to experience.
Unfortunately, when new things get added to the Parks, old things have to go. Overnight, a Disney Park location has been closed and removed from the property.
Disney Removes Alchohol Vendor
One of the most popular activities for Disney’s Adult fans is partaking in an alcoholic beverage while wandering the Parks. There are a plethora of different locations where you can acquire such a beverage at both Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort. Unfortunately, the options did just shrink at one Disney Park.
It has been reported that the Pacific Wharf Distribution Co Beer Truck has been removed from Disney California Park. The beer truck was positioned on the Pacific Wharf, which is currently being remodeled to become to new San Fransokyo Square.
San Fransokyo Square Causes Major Changes
Overall, San Fransokyo Square is one of the most exciting new additions fans have seen. at Disney California Adventure Park. Soon, the land where the beer truck once stood will become the new area where the Baymax meet and greet will be. This new remodel will pull influences from both Tokyo and San Fransisco to create a Pier inspired by the movie Big Hero Six. So far, the concept art for this area looks absolutely incredible, and this entire project is something very unique for Disney.
Unfortunately, the Pacific Wharf Distribution Co Beer Truck no longer serves the Pier while it transitions into San Fransokyo Square. The Beer Truck’s Disney webpage says that the truck is currently closed for refurbishment, so it is possible that we could see this truck come back in a different way in the future.
