Disney Guest Nearly Breaks Tooth on Disgusting Object Found in Ronto Wrap Meal
Please note that the story outlined in this article is based on a personal Disney parks guest experience. No two guest experiences are alike, and this article does not necessarily align with Disney Dining’s personal views on Disney park operations.
A recent guest report has raised concerns about the popular Ronto Wraps served at Ronto Roasters in Walt Disney World’s Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. A visitor shared a cautionary note on social media, warning fellow park-goers to be mindful while enjoying the beloved snack, citing the presence of hard white bits in the sausage that nearly caused dental damage.
Iconic Park Meal Under Question by Fans
Ronto Wraps have quickly become a fan-favorite snack at Ronto Roasters, located in the heart of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort. This delicious creation features a warm pita filled with a savory combination of roasted pork and a sausage link, topped with tangy slaw and a zesty sauce.
Inspired by the culinary traditions of the Star Wars universe, Ronto Wraps offers a unique taste experience that transports guests to a galaxy far, far away. However, the guest’s experience has sparked discussions among visitors, with some expressing concern over the potential quality control issues affecting the popular item. The post reads:
Just a quick note, be careful eating the Ronto Wraps at Ronto Roasters, i’ve almost broke my teeth on several of these extremely hard white bits of what i assume (or hope) is fat.
Ronto Roasters Receives Quality Complaints
The post quickly circulated online, prompting others to share their experiences and cautionary tales about the Ronto Wraps. Many also claim to have seen such bits in their food. Upon further examination, another guest shared that they believed these bits to be pieces of animal bone. They said:
“Unfortunately I suspect it’s more likely to be bone! We had a bone shard almost an inch long in the chicken tip yip childrens meal! Luckily it had been ordered for one of the adults in our group who isn’t a big eater but the staff were so disinterested when I brought it to their attention. I wasn’t looking for anything other than concern and an assurance it wasn’t the norm or acceptable but I got non of that! I was horrified when the “chef” told us that it happens often and isn’t a big deal! I was furious that they know the food is hazardous and yet we’re perfectly happy to serve it anyway!”
In light of the feedback, Disneyland has yet to issue an official statement regarding the report. As with all dining experiences, maintaining high standards for food safety and quality remains a top priority for Disney. Hopefully, these issues will be sorted out soon.
As fans of the Star Wars franchise flock to Galaxy’s Edge for an immersive experience, it’s unfortunate to hear of this less-than-ideal food situation. While the Ronto Wrap remains a favorite for many, guests are advised to exercise caution and share their experiences to ensure a safe and enjoyable visit to Disneyland Resort or Walt Disney World Resort.
