App Error Leads to Hilarious Confusion

Accessible on both Google Play and the App Store, the My Disney Experience App is a versatile tool that allows Guests to select and optimize their Park experience. With a few taps of the screen, users can check Park hours, fast pass reservations, dining reservations, and Resort hotel bookings. It also allows Guests to personalize their profile.

However, Guests who went to personalize their profile were met with confusion when they noticed many of the character names were mixed up in a highly chaotic way.

The Disney app has suffered a glitch that has fans cackling! A mix-up of names and characters has led to a confusing mixup on the character app.

Notable favorites are Bruce from Finding Nemo being labeled as Princess Jasmine and C-3PO as Rupunzel. This isn’t the first time that this glitch has occurred. In the past, Disney mislabeled Cinderella as Tramp!
