Steve Rogers Receives a Tribute of Epic Proportions

According to Disney, this musical will be “larger-than-life.” The website describes it as follows;

“In theatrical splendor, relive the life of Steve Rogers, a.k.a. Captain America! The musical retelling takes you from Steve’s humble beginnings during World War II to becoming Captain America and leading the Avengers. Be on the lookout for appearances by Peggy Carter and Nick Fury—and watch some of your favorite Avengers assemble in epic, show-tune style.”

However, it’s not just the music that will be entertaining Guests this summer. Disney has also announced a delicious assortment of Rogers-themed food and drinks for Guests to enjoy!

A Patriotic Spread

Right in time for the Fourth of July, Disney is offering some excellent new offerings. Included in the menu is a “Red, White & Blue Shake,” a “Shawarm-izza at Shawarma Palace,” and a “Cap’n Everything Dog,” which is a hot dog wrapped in pizza dough, dipped in everything bagel seasoning. There will also be red, white, and blue popcorn available in a commemorative Rogers: The Musical bucket.

This spread looks absolutely delectable. It is so wonderful to see Disney lean into their more comedic side with Rogers: The Musical. The cast has been hard at work preparing this musical for Guests, and Marvel fans are ready to see what is in store. The opening day for the show will take place on June 30th, 2023. Performances will take place Tuesday through Saturday on most weeks. Be sure to check the entertainment schedule for specific showtimes and additional details on your Park day.
