A New Decade Begins for This Disney Park

This year, Disneyland Paris celebrated its 30th anniversary, a massive achievement for the Park. As one of the most popular theme parks in the world, Disneyland Paris has captivated the hearts of millions since its opening on April 12, 1992. This milestone anniversary is a testament to the enduring appeal of Disney’s iconic characters and the enchantment they bring to Guests of all ages all over the world.

Located just outside of Paris, the Disneyland Paris Resort is a sprawling complex that consists of two main parks: Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park. Each park offers a unique experience, with Disneyland Park being the quintessential Disney experience and Walt Disney Studios Park offering a behind-the-scenes look at the magic of Disney movies.

At the heart of Disneyland Park is the majestic Sleeping Beauty Castle, a breathtaking centerpiece that serves as a symbol of all the wonders that await inside. This iconic landmark is the perfect backdrop for the park’s nightly spectacular, Disney Dreams, “which combines state-of-the-art technology with Disney’s timeless stories to create a truly unforgettable experience.

Beloved Nighttime Spectacular Comes to a Tearful End

Opening on March 6, 2022, Disney Dreams has been the leading nighttime entertainment celebrating the 30th anniversary of Disneyland Paris. This stunning show features dozens of classic songs and scenes from beloved Disney movies, as well as spectacular effects.

On September 30, 2023, Disney said goodbye to the iconic show with a bang. For the final day of Disney Dreams, Disney implemented a bonus sequence, making for an extra special performance.

This show was absolutely spectacular, and it will be greatly missed by fans. Fans also said goodbye to another parade/performance, Dream… and Shine Brighter. This show added “extra pyrotechnics” during the 30th anniversary grand finale.

In all of the pictures and videos shared from this day, it is clear that fans are very touched by these incredible performances. Seeing Disney go above and beyond to say goodbye to these spectacular shows is truly amazing.

While the 30th anniversary celebration is over, the worldwide Disney100 celebration is still going strong. It will be very exciting to see how Disneyland Paris begins implementing that celebration in Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios.
