As shared by Disney: “Wanted: Appetites Big ‘n’ Small: Come and get it—hungry cowpokes are invited to dine in splendiferous style at lunch and dinner. No matter if you’ve got a hankering for grub around high noon or a tasty supper come sundown, make your way into this musical saloon for heaping helpings of finger-licking fare. The show-stopping, all-you-care-to-enjoy feast opens with a zesty salad, followed by a plentiful platter of flavorful entrees to choose from—BBQ pulled pork, citrus-marinated chicken, country smoked sausage, or carved beef brisket with all the Fixin’s. While you get your fill, be sure to wash it all down with your choice of beverage before enjoying the grand finale: dessert! Options include s’more cake, smoked chocolate cake, graham cracker-butter cream, and toasted marshmallows. Interested in an a la carte lunch? A separate menu with sandwiches and platters is also available.”
The lunch and dinner menus start off with a Tossed Salad, followed by a Saloon Fest of goodness including Roasted Turkey Breast, Pot Roast, Oven-roasted Pork with Mashed Potatoes, Seasonal Vegetables, Herb Stuffing, House-made Macaroni & Cheese, with Plant-based Impossible Meatloaf available upon request. And what’s a feast without a dessert? Of course, the Oooey Gooey Toffee Cake (Vanilla Toffee Cake, Chocolate Sauce, and Vanilla Ice Cream) is making a comeback! Beer and wine are also available amidst non-alcoholic beverages.
Currently, The Diamond Horseshoe also shows a “Snack” menu as well which includes items like an Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich, Assorted Chips, Mixed Fruit Cup, Chocolate-Chip Cookie, and Carrot Cake, along with several beverages.
No operating times, pricing details, or reservations have been revealed just yet. We will keep you posted as Disney shares more information about the reopening of The Diamond Horseshoe!
