Disney Queen Endorses Democrat Kamala Harris for President

Anne Hathaway, universally renowned for her portrayal of Mia Thermopolis in The Princess Diaries (2001), officially endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris for president of the United States during a recent fundraising event in New York.

The endorsement not only rallies existing supporters but can potentially sway undecided voters. As soon as Hathaway took the stage, the crowd erupted with cheers.

Anne Hathaway Announces The Princess Diaries 3

Days before Hathaway endorsed Harris, she announced that The Princess Diaries 3 is officially in development. She revealed she would return to her role as Mia and produce the Walt Disney Pictures film.

It’s unclear if Dame Julie Andrews will return alongside Hathway to play Mia’s grandmother, the original Queen of Genovia. In 2022, Andrews said it was “too late” for a third installment in the beloved Disney franchise.

“I think it would be too late to do it now,” Andrews said at the time. “There was talk of a sequel many, many years ago. But I don’t think it ever came to pass. And Garry then did leave us. [For] especially me, it’s too far down the line now to go back to it. It’s a lovely thought, but I don’t think it would probably be possible.”

Garry Marshall, director of The Princess Diaries and The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement (2004), died in 2016.

  1. How dare you show a picture of the real queen Julie Andews at the start of the article leading people to believe she is endorsing Kamala

  2. Julie Andrew’s is the real queen, not Hathaway! And since she endorsed a communist person who doesn’t care about Americans or family values, perhaps Hathaway should move to Genova, because Harris doesn’t care who endorses her, everyone will suffer another 4 years in proverty. Oh but not the dumb elites they have money. We will no longer watch any Hathaway movies, shame on her.

    1. I agree 100%. Harris’ horrible policies will not affect Anne Hathaway, but they will affect regular Americans. She is very irresponsible.

  3. Apparently Anne Hathaway isn’t very bright, for two reasons. One for endorsing an incompetent candidate and two for announcing it publicly.
