95 NEW Food Items Hit Disney World: Full List Available

Okay so we need to talk about what just happened to the menus at Disney World because it is a lot. Like, a genuinely significant amount of changes landed this week across the parks and resorts simultaneously, and some of them are exciting and some of them are going to make people sad and at least one of them involves a Churro Shake that we are already thinking about constantly.

This past week has been wild in the parks generally. Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring the Muppets opened. Bluey’s Wild World arrived at Animal Kingdom. Cool Kids’ Summer kicked off. New Muppets snack stands appeared. It has been a full week. And somewhere in the middle of all of that, Disney quietly updated menus at a significant number of locations, and we went through every single change so you do not have to.

Here is everything that is new, everything that is gone, and honestly, a few things we have opinions about, per Disney Food Blog.

Magic Kingdom: The Shake Situation at Auntie Gravity’s

Let’s start with the most exciting change of the week. Auntie Gravity’s Galactic Goodies at Magic Kingdom basically rebuilt its shake and float menu from scratch. The Asteroid Shake is gone. Four new options took its place and we are going to need a moment to get through all of them.

The Space Ranger Float is a DOLE Whip Lime and Vanilla Soft-serve Swirl with Sprite, Green Apple Pearls, Sprinkles, and a Chocolate Piece for $7.49. The Zurg Overload Shake is a Vanilla Shake with Cherry Coating, Marshmallow Whipped Cream, Sprinkles, and a Chocolate Piece for $9.29. The Cherry Limeade Float is DOLE Whip Lime with Sprite, Grenadine, and a Cherry for $6.79. And then there is the Churro Shake. Vanilla Shake topped with Whipped Cream, Salted Caramel Sauce, and Churro Pieces for $9.29. That one is going on the list immediately.

The dessert menu also changed. The Salted Caramel Cold Brew Float, the Cold Brew Float, and the Brownie Sundae are all gone. The replacement is a Chocolate-Salted Caramel Cold Brew Float, which is Joffrey’s Cold Brew Coffee with Chocolate Soft-serve and Salted Caramel Sauce for $7.19. Also, the Frozen Fanta Blue Raspberry Slushy disappeared from Prince Eric’s Village Market with no replacement listed.

Animal Kingdom: Bluey Drinks and a Pretzel Upgrade

Bluey’s Wild World brought food along with it, as Disney events tend to do. Eight Spoon Cafe is now serving Bluey’s Berry Lemonade, a Frozen Minute Maid Lemonade blended with Blueberry, Blackberry, Strawberry, and Raspberry for $6.79. It is a limited-time item tied to the event, so if you are heading to Animal Kingdom anytime soon, add it to the list.

Isle of Java swapped its Mickey-shaped Pretzel for something called Pretzel’s Pretzels, which is Soft Mini Pretzels with Homemade Cheese Sauce and Blueberry-Mustard Sauce for $15.99. The name is a Muppets reference and we respect the commitment. The Island Sunrise cocktail was also removed from the menu.

EPCOT: Just One Change, But Worth Noting

Akershus Royal Banquet Hall removed the Gulrøtter og Grønne Bønner, the Carrots with Green Beans dish, from its plant-based Princess Storybook Dining menu. One removal, no replacement listed. If that was on your radar, plan accordingly.

Fort Wilderness: Chuck Wagon and Trail’s End Got Busy

The Chuck Wagon said goodbye to its basic All-Beef Hot Dog and hello to quite a few things. The new lineup includes an All-Beef Chili-Cheese Hot Dog with Chips for $13.49, a Pulled Pork Sandwich with 10-hour Smoked Pulled Pork, Barbecue Sauce, and Creamy Slaw served with Chips for $11.99, Pulled Pork Loaded Chips with Cheese Sauce and Jalapeños for $9.49, a PB&J Uncrustable with Grapes and Chips for $7.29, and a plant-based Pickle-in-a-Pouch for $2.29. The Chuck Wagon is having a moment.

Trail’s End had an even bigger week. The Brisket Eggs Benedict is gone from breakfast, replaced by Eggs Benedict Brisket Hash with House-smoked Brisket, Shredded Potatoes, Peppers, Onions, and Brown Butter Hollandaise for $12.29. Two smoked chicken options were added: a full eight-piece Smoked Chicken with Cornbread and two one-pound sides for $28.99, and a Smoked Half Chicken Meal with Cornbread, Coleslaw, and Mashed Potatoes with Gravy for $14.79.

The bakery update at Trail’s End is genuinely impressive. New items include Jalapeño Cornbread for $7.49, a Black Forest Cupcake for $6.99, and a Chocolate-Hazelnut Bear Claw, which is a Puff Pastry filled with Chocolate Hazelnut Spread topped with Toasted Almonds and Dark Chocolate and Vanilla Icing for $5.79. The Mickey S’more Brownie also got a significant recipe upgrade. It now includes Dark Chocolate Crispy Pearls, Mini Marshmallows, and White Chocolate Flames. The original was good. This sounds better.

Meanwhile at Wilderness Lodge, Roaring Fork quietly removed the Allergy-Friendly Mickey-shaped Waffles from its breakfast menu.

Beach Club and Yacht Club: A Cinnamon Roll Promotion

Both resorts upgraded from a standard Cinnamon Bun to a Mickey Cinnamon Roll at $7.99. Whether you call that an upgrade depends on your feelings about Mickey-shaped baked goods, but the answer is always yes.

Beach Club Marketplace added two new breakfast entrees: a Breakfast Flatbread with Scrambled Eggs, Sausage Gravy, Bacon, Sausage, Cheddar, and Chopped Scallions for $10.29, and a Bacon, Egg, and Cheddar Bagel Sandwich with Breakfast Potatoes for $9.29. Plant-based Gourmet Oatmeal landed at $5.99 and Chicken Noodle Soup appeared at $4.69, which is a very reasonable price for Disney property.

The Market at Ale & Compass at Yacht Club added a Breakfast Wrap with Sausage, Scrambled Eggs, Potatoes, Sautéed Onions and Peppers, and Cheddar for $9.29, plus a Chocolate Croissant for $5.29.

Contemporary Resort: Contempo Cafe Cleaned House

Contempo Cafe had one of the larger menu overhauls this week and not all of it is good news. Multiple items were removed across plant-based, grab-and-go, bakery, and desserts. The Breakfast Tofu Bowl is gone. So are the Barbecued Pork Sandwich, the Plant-based Cheeseburger, the Asian Chicken Salad, multiple croissant varieties, and five dessert items including the Key Lime Cupcake and the Banana Cream and Caramel Trifle.

On the other side, two new plant-based bagel options arrived for breakfast: a Plant-based Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Bagel for $9.29 and a Plant-based Egg and Cheese Bagel for $8.29. The bakery added a Blueberry Danish and a Chocolate-dipped Croissant both at $5.29. New desserts include a Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake Tart for $7.29, a Seasonal Cupcake filled with Lemon Curd for $6.49, a plant-based Cookies and Cream Mousse Trifle for $5.99, and a Lemon Seasonal Cookie for $4.79.

Saratoga Springs: The Artist’s Palette and the Pool Bars Delivered

The Artist’s Palette had a big week. New breakfast items include an Everything Bagel with Smoked Salmon, Herb Cream Cheese, Capers, Red Onion, Hard-boiled Egg, and Chives with Potato Casserole for $10.29. The plant-based Gyro is gone, replaced by a Plant-based Barbecue Jackfruit Sandwich with Coleslaw and House-made Pickles on an Onion Roll for $11.99. New sides include Roasted Zucchini Squash and Tomato for $4.99 and a Marinated Cucumber, Tomato, Red Onion Salad for $4.59. Potato, Bacon, and Leek Soup joined the menu at $4.49.

The dessert section was nearly entirely replaced. Bears in Dirt, the Cannoli, the Hole in One, the Milk & Cookies Cupcake, and the Lemon-Blueberry Cheesecake are all gone. Coming in are a Cannoli Cupcake for $6.99, a Pistachio-Chocolate Cream Puff for $6.49, a Cookies and Cream Cheesecake for $6.29, a Pineapple-Coconut Cheesecake for $6.29, and a Toasted Marshmallow Brownie with Fudgy Brownie, Graham Cracker Crust, and Toasted Marshmallows for $5.99. The Lemon-Poppy Seed Breakfast Bread at $5.99, a Protein Pack for $7.49, and a Chocolate-Hazelnut Latte at $5.79 round out the new additions.

At the pool bars, the Backstretch Pool Bar added Cheeseburger Spring Rolls for $9.49 and two new cocktails that honestly sound like exactly what you want poolside: a Cold Fashioned with Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Citrus and Tea Slushy, and Angostura Bitters for $18.50, and a Kiwi-Watermelon Spritz with Tito’s Vodka, Lemon Juice, Kiwi Melon, and Watermelon Cubes topped with Sprite for $18.50. That Kiwi-Watermelon Spritz also showed up at On The Rocks and Paddock Grill. Paddock Grill also added a Steak, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Wrap for $11.79 and a Chicken-Bacon Waffle Cone with Sriracha Hot Honey for $10.29, which is a sentence we did not expect to type but are very glad we did.

Port Orleans: Both Resorts, A Lot of Changes

French Quarter and Riverside both got significant updates and the changes are largely parallel, so we will cover them together.

Both Sassagoula Floatworks and Riverside Mill added a Four-Meat Pizza with Pepperoni, Ham, Bacon, and Sausage available on select evenings for $22.99, or $11.29 a slice. A Cajun Chicken Salad with Spicy Chicken, Tomatoes, Peppers, Corn, Pepper Jack, and Romaine with Hot Sauce-Ranch Dressing landed at $11.99. The Honey Mustard Chicken Wrap with Cheddar, Tomatoes, Onions, and Lettuce is $12.99. The Plant-based Greek Style Pita with Impossible Beef, Hummus, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickled Onion, and Plant-based Tzatziki is $13.29.

The dessert sections at both locations were almost entirely cleared out. Banana Pudding Cheesecake, Lemon-Blueberry Cheesecake, Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake, and others are gone. New arrivals include Assorted Macarons for $8.29, an S’mores Chocolate-Marshmallow Tart for $6.49, a Cookie Butter Cheesecake topped with Marshmallow Buttercream and Cookie Pieces for $6.29, a Mickey-shaped Peanut Butter Brownie with Chocolate Chips and M&Ms for $5.99, and Big Easy Custard, a Beignet Custard with Creamy Pecan Praline for $4.99.

The bakeries also refreshed at both. New items include a Chocolate-Marshmallow-Hazelnut Croissant for $6.49, Banana Chocolate Chip Bread for $5.99, a Chocolate Twist for $5.79, a Chive and Onion Pastry for $5.29, and a Strawberry Danish for $5.29. Both pool bars, Mardi Grogs and Muddy Rivers, updated their charcuterie description from an elevated Andouille and Gruyère build to a simpler Cubed Cheese, Salami, Ham, Grapes, Tomatoes, and Olives setup.

Other Spots Worth Knowing

El Mercado de Coronado at Coronado Springs added Fresh Start Oats, a warm creamy oatmeal with a choice of two toppings including House-made Apple Compote, Fresh Blueberries, Crunchy Granola, Brown Sugar, or Golden Raisins for $9. Solid addition for an early park morning.

At the Polynesian, the Pineapple Cupcake at Capt. Cook’s quietly dropped from $6.99 to $6.49. Small thing. Still worth knowing.

And at Disney Springs, Amorette’s Patisserie added a Mickey and Minnie Cookie Art kit with Edible Watercolor Paints for $19. It comes with a Mickey Cookie, a Minnie Cookie, a Painter’s Palette Cookie, brushes, and water to activate the paints. It is a genuinely fun activity purchase and the kind of thing that makes a rainy afternoon at Disney Springs feel worthwhile.

The Part That Actually Matters for Your Trip

Here is our honest take on this week’s changes. The new additions are genuinely strong across several locations. The Churro Shake at Auntie Gravity’s, the Toasted Marshmallow Brownie at Trail’s End, the Chocolate-Hazelnut Bear Claw, the Kiwi-Watermelon Spritz at Saratoga Springs, the Cookie Butter Cheesecake at Port Orleans — these are the kinds of items that end up on people’s must-eat lists within a week of launching.

The removals are harder. Losing the Brisket Eggs Benedict at Trail’s End stings a little. The plant-based guests who relied on the Gyro at Artist’s Palette or the Cheeseburger at Contempo Cafe are going to need to adjust. And the Caribbean Beach dessert section losing its Tropical Paradise Cheesecake and Key Lime Tart without replacement yet is a gap.

If you have a trip coming up, check the current menu for wherever you are staying before you go. Something you were counting on might not be there anymore, and knowing that before you arrive is a lot better than finding out at the counter.
