Guests will find Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in the Norway Pavilion within EPCOT’s World Showcase. Akershus Royal Banquet Hall is a Table Service restaurant with a character dining experience. The restaurant has Storybook Dining, where Guests can dine with Disney princesses. This restaurant requires an advanced dining reservation, which can be made online or through the My Disney Experience app up to 60 days prior to your visit. Due to the popularity of this dining location, we recommend getting a dining reservation as close to 60 days before your stay so you don’t miss out on this experience.

This dining experience offers a truly royal atmosphere for Guests to enjoy their meal. Akershus Royal Banquet Hall invites Guests to dine in a medieval castle complete with stone archways, wooden detailing, cathedral ceilings, and shimmering chandeliers.

Akershus Royal Banquet Hall Breakfast

All meals at Akershus Royal Dining Hall are served family-style, with platters of delicious menu items brought to your table. Breakfast is served from 8:30 a.m. until 12:10 p.m., featuring Breakfast Pastries, Fruit, Potato Casserole, Bacon, Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, and Norwegian Waffles. The lunch and dinner menu features Field Greens Salad with Lingonberry Vinaigrette, Lefse with Cardamom-Cinnamon Butter, Traditional KjØttkake (Norwegian Meatballs), Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Grilled Salmon with Herbed Butter, Green Beans, Red Cabbage, Macaroni & Cheese, Kylling og Melboller (Norwegian Chicken and Dumplings), and Corn Dog Nuggets. Finish your meal with The Royal Chef’s Dessert Plate with an assortment of Norwegian desserts.

The restaurant offers a plant-based and allergy-friendly option for all meals. Guests with specific allergy requests should talk to a Cast Member upon arrival. For the complete menus, Guests can visit the My Disney Experience app.

Dining Tips

Beginning January 9, 2024, this restaurant will accept the Disney Dining Plan for lunch and dinner. Please note that Akershus Royal Dining Hall will require Guests to redeem two Table Service meal credits for lunch or dinner at this dining location. Guests using the Disney Dining Plan still need an advanced dining reservation. Additionally, Annual Passholders receive a 10% discount at this restaurant.
