The crash was reported on EPCOT Resorts Boulevard, a road running through one of the most hotel-dense stretches of Walt Disney World Resort property. The EPCOT Resort area is home to Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, Disney’s Yacht Club Resort, Disney’s Beach Club Resort, and the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resorts, managed by Marriott. The Google Maps pin attached to the scanner alert places the response in the general vicinity rather than at a specific address; the exact location of the crash within that corridor hasn’t been confirmed.

How many people were hurt, and how seriously, remains unknown. Neither Walt Disney World Resort nor local law enforcement has released any information about the accident, and given how these situations typically unfold, additional details are unlikely to surface unless the incident results in fatalities or criminal charges.
Guests Can Expect Normal Operations
The Wednesday afternoon crash has produced no reported ripple effects across Walt Disney World Resort. All four theme parks — Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park — along with Disney Springs, are operating on their normal schedules. Guests traveling through the EPCOT Resort area may encounter traffic delays due to law enforcement presence following the crash, but no broader disruptions to the resort experience are expected.

Guests who come across any emergency or law enforcement activity during a Walt Disney World Resort visit should follow directions from officers and cast members and avoid any cordoned-off areas until the situation has been cleared.
