You Can Now Visit Santa Goofy at Disneyland Resort!

Christmas has come and gone, and Santa Claus has made his way back to the North Pole. However, the holidays are still in full swing at Disneyland Resort! Things like Festival of Holidays, Believe…In Holiday Magic fireworks, and Christmas decorations will remain in place until January 9. Since the holiday celebration is still going strong, it only makes sense that Santa can still be found, so Disney brought in Goofy to take the jolly man’s place.

Instagrammer Magic Disney Momma (@mkdisneymomma) shared a video that showed Mickey’s pal dressed up in his favorite Santa Claus outfit and all ready to greet Guests.

Santa Goofy is here! Go check him out. He is at Redwood Creek Trails, Disneys California Adventure. He is one of my seasonal favorites. ?momma?

According to Magic Disney Momma, Santa Goofy can currently be found at the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail in Disney California Adventure Park. Along with visiting Santa Goofy, Guests visiting the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail can also climb on rope bridges, race Christmas rubber ducks, and buy a cookie decorating kit that comes with everything you need to make the cutest little Christmas cookies.

It is important for Guests to remember that character interactions at Disneyland and Disney California Adventure are still socially distanced at this time to keep both Guests and Cast Members safe. Guests are not required to wear masks while visiting Santa Goofy and other characters around the Parks as long as the interactions are outside, which Redwood Creek Challenge Trail is. Disneyland requires Guests to wear masks at all indoor locations — including ride queues — regardless of vaccination status.

Goofy is not the only character who has dressed up for the holidays. Guests can head over to Disneyland Park where they may be able to see Tigger and Winnie the Pooh hanging out in front of Tomorrowland, with both wearing Santa hats. Mickey and Minnie are also wearing holiday-themed outfits that were just introduced this year. Miguel from Disney/Pixar’s Coco has also been spotted in both Fantasyland and Adventureland.
