Disneyland, often referred to as “The Happiest Place on Earth,” is an iconic and enchanting theme park that has captured the hearts and imaginations of Guests for generations. Located in Anaheim, California, Disneyland first opened its gates on July 17, 1955, and it marked the birth of a new era in entertainment and family-friendly experiences. Disneyland was designed by no other than Walt Disney himself. Disneyland Resort was designed to be a realm of wonder and joy, where Guests of all ages could escape into a world of fantasy, adventure, and magic.
Over Time Guests have noticed the magic of Disney leaving the Parks due to Cast Members attitudes. In a social media post, Guests are over the rude interactions with Disney Cast Members. Guests also say Cast Member attitudes are why Universal Studios and other theme parks are becoming more popular. Cast Members have been seen yelling, rolling eyes, and much more.
“CM yelled at a 5 y/o child for not standing up straight while getting measured for a ride, CM rolls her eyes at a patron when asked a simple question, CM yells at group of ppl to move out of the way, etc. If any of this ppl deserved that type of treatment, I’d be the first to admit that, but all was unprovoked! My personal experience, I bought a cup of coffee and asked politely for the coffee to be hot for it was bone cold the previous purchase. The attitude from the cashier blew me away! She looked at me and said, “ I didn’t have to buy the coffee “! In that case, I don’t need to pay 160 dollars to visit the park as well! I am beginning to understand why universal studios and other theme parks are gaining popularity while Disney is not.”
Many Guests have shared that they have been switching to Universal Studios to see if treatment is better. Universal has two locations in the United States both near Disney World and Disneyland. Universal Studios has become just as popular as Disney due to thrilling attractions and experiences that will last a lifetime.
Universal Orlando Resort continues to add plenty of new attractions to its two theme parks– Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure– and a new theme park, called Epic Universe, is on the way. Universal has also been targeting younger audiences, expanding its offerings for children, including the addition of SUPER NINTENDO WORLD at Universal Studios Hollywood (which will be a part of Epic Universe in Orlando), and a focus on Illumination’s Minions.
