There are few foods as universally loved as tacos — seriously, what could be better than delicious meat, vegetables, and other toppings encased in a crispy or soft shell? Every bite features the perfect blend of ingredients, and tacos can be made in so many different styles with different flavor combinations that there are options for even the pickiest of eaters.

The Walt Disney World Resort is home to some incredible dining locations that offer up many different types of cuisine from around the world, and many locations also feature some delicious tacos! From traditional Mexican tacos to unique twists with flavors and ingredients, there are plenty of amazing tacos to indulge in while at the Walt Disney World Resort!

San Angel Inn Restaurante – Tacos de Ribeye

It should come as no surprise that the Mexico Pavilion in EPCOT’s World Showcase is home to several restaurants that serve up authentic Mexican cuisine, including some delicious tacos. San Angel Inn Restaurante is a popular table service restaurant inside of the ancient Mesoamerican pyramid that welcomes Guests into a charming courtyard at dusk where they can dine on traditional Mexican options while taking in the sights of a pyramid and volcano across the water.


Guests who dine at San Angel Inn Restaurante for lunch and dinner can enjoy an array of mouthwatering options including one fantastic taco entrée. The Tacos de Ribeye feature thinly sliced pieces of steak paired with poblano peppers, red onions, bacon, Monterey Jack, crema Mexicana, and cotija cheese served with corn tortillas and plantains. The juicy steak pairs perfectly with the vegetables and creamy cheeses, making each bite of these tacos absolutely delicious!

La Hacienda de San Angel – Multiple Options

Also found in EPCOT’s Mexico Pavilion is the table service restaurant La Hacienda de San Angel which is open daily for dinner only. The restaurant serves up authentic Mexican cuisine in a stunning setting with large windows that overlook World Showcase Lagoon and offer a great viewing area for Harmonious each evening.


La Hacienda de San Angel features two taco entrée options, the first being Tacos de Camarones which combines fried shrimp, chipotle-lime aioli, cabbage, and salsa verde in soft four tortillas served with rice and beans. La Cantina de San Angel – Multiple Options

The Quick Service option in the Mexico Pavilion in EPCOT’s World Showcase is La Cantina de San Angel, an open-air eatery that overlooks World Showcase Lagoon. Guests can enjoy quick and convenient Mexican cuisine, including several taco options, in this beautifully themed area while soaking in the breeze and views from the water nearby.

La Cantina de San Angel offers up the choice of Tacos de Pollo with marinated grilled chicken and red salsa, Tacos de Barbacoa with shredded beef, red salsa, and cilantro, or Tacos de Pescado with fried cod, chipotle aioli, cabbage, and mango habanero relish. Choza de Margarita – Tacos de Cochinita

The final stop for tacos in EPCOT’s World Showcase is Choza de Margarita, a quick service stand near the front of the Mexico Pavilion that mainly serves up delicious margaritas in addition to a limited menu of food offerings. Guests who stop by this wonderful location are sure to find the perfect margarita to complement one taco option.

The Tacos de Cochinita top corn tortillas with citrus-marinated pulled pork, pickled red onions, and mango habanero relish ad serve them with a side of corn esquites which are topped with chipotle aioli, queso cotija, and tajin chili-lime powder. Frontera Cocina – Multiple Options

The Town Center area of Disney Springs is home to Frontera Cocina, a table service restaurant that serves up authentic Mexican cuisine created by Chef Rick Bayless. The interior of Frontera Cocina is the perfect combination of rustic décor and bright, vibrant colors that Guests can enjoy while gazing out at the water in Disney Springs.


Frontera Cocina features an extensive menu of wonderful Mexican dishes, including three taco meals that pack big flavors and fresh ingredients into each bite. The Grilled Chicken Chipotle Tacos top grilled chicken with chipotle sauce, caramelized red onions, black bean refritos, queso fresco, guacamole, and chipotle salsa and the classic Carne Asada Tacos feature perfectly cooked steak topped with poblano rajas, black bean refritos, queso fresco, salsa verde, and guacamole.

The third taco option at Frontera Cocina is a unique take on a classic taco that focuses on a vegetable as the main source of protein. Guests who find themselves at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort can enjoy a table service dinner that serves up a fusion of Mexican and Southwestern flavors and ingredients in a bright dining room with Mayan details and artwork. Maya Grill is an often overlooked table service restaurant at the Walt Disney World Resort, but it features a wonderful menu with many flavorful and indulgent options that Guests are sure to love.

Paradiso 37 – Taste of the Americas is an upscale eatery that serves up flavors inspired by the Americas resulting in an extensive menu of many different delicious cuisine choices that Guests can enjoy while gazing out at Lake Buena Vista.


Guests who dine at Paradiso 37 – Taste of the Americas for lunch and dinner can enjoy the Baja Fish Tacos which pile crispy battered seasonal whitefish, corn salsa, shredded, cabbage, and lime crema on top of flour tortillas. Also found in Disney Springs is a small park on the West Side that is home to several food trucks, each of which offers up unique and delicious menu options. 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck focuses on traditional Mexican cuisine that has been perfectly prepared but served in innovative new ways.

One of the most popular items on the menu at 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck is the Taco Cone which offers Guests their choice of protein filling topped with lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, queso, cilantro, jalapeno, and a lime wedge all served inside of a handheld taco shell cone reminiscent of an ice cream cone. This is the perfect way to enjoy a taco on the go in Disney Springs!

Guests can also choose from several other taco options at 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck such as the Street Tacos which offer Guests a choice of protein topped with guasacaca, crème Fraiche, pico de gallo, queso fresco, and cilantro served in a grilled tortilla and topped with jalapeno and lime. The other option is the Birria Tacos which feature mouthwatering beef birria with Oaxaca cheese on crispy tortillas served with a side of beef jus and onion-cilantro salsa.

The Smiling Crocodile – Multiple Options

Guests who are enjoying time in Disney’s Animal Kingdom can explore Discovery Island and stop by The Smiling Crocodile for some flavorful tacos throughout each day. The quick-service location features an ordering counter where Guests can select from a very limited menu that focuses mainly on tacos that pack some bold and filling flavors and toppings.

The final delicious taco on the list can be found at ABC Commissary in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This quick-service restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner and welcomes Guests into an art deco-styled dining area themed to feel like a working studio commissary that serves up international flavors.


ABC Commissary features two taco options with the first being Pork Carnitas Tacos which top flour tortillas with a decent portion of meat, avocado salsa verde, and pickled onions accompanied by sides of Mexican rice, black beans, and queso fresco. Seafood lovers can enjoy the Shrimp Tacos which top flour tortillas with sautéed shrimp, cabbage slaw, chipotle-mayonnaise, and mango salsa served with the same sides as the Pork Carnitas Tacos.
