A small area dubbed Exposition Park is located directly between the shore of Lake Buena Vista and the entrances to Disney’s Candy Cauldron and Super Hero Headquarters. Guests can choose between 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck, Hot Diggity Dogs, and Mac & Cheese Food Truck, all of which offer up unique options for grab-and-go enjoyment. The Taco Cone offered at 4 Rivers Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck includes a guest’s choice of filling meat, shredded lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, queso, cilantro, jalepeno, and a lime wedge conveniently wrapped up in a freshly made taco cone.
