If you attempt to Mobile Order via the MyDisneyExperience App, you’ll see this screen:

On top of this, there are some reports over social media stating Disney is also having a hard time processing payments. While there are rumors of a outage or delayed system upgrades, Disney has yet to announce what the issue may be and for how long it may last.
