Per Guests who witnessed the crash, two vehicles were involved in the accident at Disney World–a Jeep and a minivan. Guests reportedly said that one of the vehicles crashed into one of the many purple and red signs at Disney World. A photo from the scene of the accident seems to show the minivan touching the Disney World sign and the Jeep right behind the van.

A Disney World bus appears to be either turning right past the scene of the accident or blocking traffic shortly after the collision took place, but it’s difficult to tell from the photo which is the case.

According to reports, Guests said that the Jeep involved in the crash made a wide U-turn. This resulted in the Jeep running the minivan off the pavement and then crashing into the Disney World sign.

Further information about the crash on Disney World property was not available at the time of this post, so there are no further details to share at this time, though it doesn’t look like there were any serious injuries related to the collision.

The roads in and around the Walt Disney World Resort are well-labeled with roads signs and the like, but it can still be difficult to navigate throughout Disney World property.

In 2022, several accidents took place on and around Disney World property, including one accident that took place involving a Disney World bus and a sport utility vehicle. The crash took place near the intersection of North World Drive and Seven Seas Drive, very close to Disney World’s Transportation and Ticket Center near Magic Kingdom Park.
