Universal Orlando Resort is a world-renowned entertainment destination located in Orlando, Florida. It is one of the most popular and well-known theme park resorts in the United States, drawing millions of guests from around the world every year.
Universal Orlando is home to two theme parks, Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure. Each theme park includes different attractions, shows, and lands guests can visit. Universal is also home to a water park, called Volcano Bay, where guests can relax in the Florida sun.

Universal Studios Florida is known for its immersive attractions based on popular movies and TV shows. Universal guests can explore the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Diagon Alley. Guests can also experience thrilling rides like Transformers: The Ride 3D, Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit, Revenge of the Mummy, The Simpsons Ride, Men in Black: Alien Attack, Despicable Me Minion Mayhem and many more exciting attractions.
Next door, Universal Islands of Adventure is home to different attractions such as Flight of the Hippogriff, Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure, The Amazing Adventures of Spider-Man, The Incredible Hulk Coaster, Jurassic Park River Adventure, The Cat in the Hat, Skull Island: Reign of Kong, One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish, and many more thrilling attractions. Universal’s Islands of Adventure is also home to several different lands such as Marvel Super Hero Island, Jurassic Park, Seuss Landing, and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

With all of the different parks and attractions at Universal Orlando, guests wanting to get to the parks early can stay at a Universal Resort and get early access to the parks. Hard Rock Hotel, Loews Royal Pacific Resort, Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort, Universal’s Aventura Hotel, Universal’s Endless Summer Resort – Dockside Inn and Suites are some of the resorts guests can choose from when staying at Universal Orlando. Each Universal Hotel has different themes for guests to enjoy.

In a social media post, guests staying at Hard Rock Hotel were concerned about what was going on when they noticed a large police presence. These guests spotted helicopters, cars, and police. While they were trying to figure out what was going on, other guests talked about seeing police located around The Simpson’s attraction.
“There were a lot of police at Hard Rock hotel last night. Helicopters, cars etc. does anyone know what happened?”
While it can be anything happening at Hard Rock Hotel, and accident could have occurred, or it could be an important celebrity needing more protection, causing the amount of police presence. Other guests reportedly spotted police looking in the bushes, trashcans, and other locations for something around The Simpsons attraction.
“I didn’t see them at Hard Rock, but we saw 3 police officers yesterday looking around for something right outside The Simpsons. They were checking bushes, trashcans, etc.”
