Momma always said that the best way to have a great day is to start off with a proper breakfast. I am often a breakfast skipper and on vacation I’d rather have a huge lunch than a breakfast. Often, I hit a wall mid-morning when I am walking around the parks and wish I had filled my belly. Florida is hot and the parks are large, so getting in breakfast is now a must do before a long day of fun. Usually, I’d rather head to the parks and have breakfast there instead of grabbing something at the Disney resort I am staying at. For the early birds, here is my list of the best quick breakfasts to get in the park. Why quick? More rides!
Starbucks (all parks)
Along with having some of the better coffee on property, Starbucks offers some tasty breakfast sandwiches that are reasonably priced. My favorite is the gouda and bacon artisan sandwich at $4.99, but you have options of ham or sausage and cheddar or the healthier spinach, egg whites and feta wrap. The sandwiches are tasty, portable and the coffee will give you enough caffeine to have you buzzing around until lunch!
Boulangerie Patisserie les Halles (Epcot, French Pavilion)
If you get to Epcot after 9 am and enter through the International Gateway entrance, this is the perfect spot to grab breakfast…and it’s the only spot in the World Showcase. I absolutely love the Quiche Florentine which is a mixture of spinach and goat cheese in the best quiche crust I have had! At $6.20, I also call it a bargain! If you are not 100% stuck in the idea that breakfast can only be eggs, pancakes and toast, there are some excellent choices like a ham, cheese and béchamel in a croissant, bacon and cheese rolls or a delicious chocolat tart that I certainly acknowledge as breakfast!
Sunshine Seasons (Epcot, The Land)
Along with staples like bagels and cream cheese and egg platters and a must try croissant berry pudding, Sunshine Seasons has a very tasty breakfast Panini. Eggs, bacon and cheese join unexpected roasted pork to make my favorite morning sandwich. Served with breakfast potatoes, at $6.99 you’ll love this morning treat!

Your two choices for the morning are a ham and cheese omelet waffle sandwich ($7.49) or a nutella and fresh fruit waffle sandwich ($6.69). These huge waffles are absolutely stuffed with delicious and if you can’t get there for breakfast, they also have incredible waffle lunch sandwiches. Plus, they serve funnel cakes.
