If you have arrived early for rope drop and now find yourself hungry in one of Walt Disney World’s theme parks we have you covered.  Here are the top quick service spots to grab a quick breakfast to start your day.

  

1. Gaston’s Tavern- Magic Kingdom

In Disney’s Magic Kingdom, one of the best breakfast food options can be found at Gaston’s Tavern. Here guests can get an enormous, warm, delicious cinnamon roll.  This sweet treat is big enough to share and don’t forget to ask for extra frosting for some extra sweetness.

2. Woody’s Lunch Box- Disney’s Hollywood Studios

If you have been hanging out in Andy’s backyard all morning, you will want to head to Woody’s Lunchbox to grab some breakfast to keep your energy up.  Woody’s offers a variety of great breakfast options from a breakfast bowl with potato barrels, sausage gravy and scrambled eggs to a sweet S’more French Toast Sandwich that has marshmallow and chocolate ganache stuffed into a brioche.  Guests can also try the lunch box tarts for something lighter.  Look for seasonal flavors as well as their traditional chocolate-hazelnut.  Woody’s Lunch Box is another location where mobile ordering can come in handy in the morning.

3. Sunshine Seasons– Epcot

Located in The Land Pavilion, Sunshine Season is a good option for breakfast in Epcot.  This large food court option has plenty of seating and a variety of food choices.  The breakfast platter is something that could be shared with eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage and french toast.  Along with hot plate options, there is also a fresh bakery case that always is full of delicious treats and pastries.

4. Sleepy Hollow– Magic Kingdom

Sleepy Hollow offers a variety of different breakfast items for guests to choose from.  The most popular item is the sweet-and-spicy chicken waffle sandwich.  A breakfast egg and cheese waffle can also be ordered.  This has egg, cheese and ham on the waffle.  These two options are of the few breakfast items where there is a protein offered with the meal making it a popular destination.  Guests can also enjoy the delicious fresh fruit waffle sandwich that is made with chocolate-hazelnut spread and fresh fruit.  Finally, this is the spot to find Mickey waffles!  Choose to have it with fruit or powder sugar.  Sleepy Hollow offers a variety of great breakfast items at the Magic Kingdom.

5. Friar Nook- Magic Kingdom

At Friar’s Nook, guests can find three unique breakfast items offering both sweet or savory choices.  The breakfast sandwich is a croissant with bacon, egg and cheddar with a side of potato barrels.  The sausage and gravy potato barrels are a fantastic choice with fresh, crispy tots covered in traditional sausage gravy.  Finally, for the sweet tooth in the group, there are cinnamon-sugar doughnut holes.  Friar’s Nook offers excellent options for breakfast while experiencing Fantasyland.

6. Docking Bay 7- Disney’s Hollywood Studios

For an out of this world breakfast experience, guests can head to Docking Bay 7 in Galaxy’s Edge.  Here they can find the great Bright Suns Breakfast Platter offering a three-cheese egg bite, pork sausage, purple ash and mini mustafarian cinnamon roll.  If looking for something slightly smaller, guests can choose the Tugg’s Overnight Oats that has mango smoothie and mixed fruit.

7. Ronto Roasters– Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Another out of this world option found in Galaxy’s Edge is the Ronto Morning Wrap.  This famous wrap has egg, grilled pork sausage, shredded cheddar as well as a peppercorn sauce all in a pita bread.  Don’t forget to mobile order your wrap as it can get busy in Batuu in the mornings.

8. Le Halles Boulangerie Patisserie- Epcot

One of the best kept secrets in Epcot is Le Halles Boulangerie Patisserie.  Even though the majority of Epcot’s World Showcase doesn’t open until mid-morning, this bakery in France opens with Epcot in the morning and it is not to be missed.  Here guests can choose from a variety of fresh pastries such as croissants.  Everything here is fresh and amazing!  Guests won’t want to miss this when visiting.

9. Kusafiri Coffee Shop and Bakery- Animal Kingdom

Here at Animal Kingdom is where guests can find the Mickey shaped colossal cinnamon roll.  This cinnamon roll is three rolls put together to make the shape of Mickey!  This sweet treat can be shared by the family.  This is also where you can get a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit or a spinach and feta quiche.  There are a variety of choices at Kusafiri that guests can choose from for breakfast.

Don’t start your day at Walt Disney World hungry.  Each of these great quick service locations offer quick, but delicious breakfast items to help fuel the whole group for the morning of magic they have in store.
