For fans of Walt Disney World Resort, nothing is more coveted than the famed Annual Pass. Not only does a Disney World Annual Pass guarantee more regular access to the theme parks, but it also comes with lots of discounts and other privileges.
However, many of the seasoned veterans of the Annual Passholder game have said that they’re no longer interested in paying for an Annual Pass, especially due to price raises.
One fan, in particular, took to social media to publicly announce that they were letting their Annual Pass expire:
It was only a matter of time before someone asked why. Here’s what they had to say about it:
Currently, there are four tiers of Walt Disney World Annual Passes available for purchase:
- Disney Incredi Pass: $1,399
- Disney Sorcerer Pass: $969 (Florida Residents and Disney Vacation Club Members only)
- Disney Pirate Pass: $749 (Florida Residents only)
- Disney Pixie Dust Pass: $399 (Florida Residents only)
That being said, many fans are assuming that it’s only a matter of time before the top three tiers sell out again.
In Walt Disney World history, Annual Passes have only sold out once: when they were reintroduced after the Covid-19 pandemic in 2021.
A Cast Member recently informed us that those passes only lasted for about a month before selling out, leaving nothing but the Disney Pixie Dust Pass.
This time around, Annual Passes have made it a few weeks. If you’re thinking of snagging one, it’s better to do it sooner rather than later.
