Wine Bar George is one of Disney Springs vest locations to unwind after a busy day in your favorite Disney Park! The location, led by Master Sommelier George Miliotes, serves over 140 wines and pairs them expertly with a variety of tapas and entrées. It is a favorite spot of ours to have a laid back and relaxing experience because let’s face it– that’s hard to come by at Walt Disney World. It has been a one of a kind spot for years but now you’ll have another location to stop at for a quick pick me up on a stressful day! You can now calm those pre-flight nerves at Wine Bar George’s second location at Orlando’s MCO Airport which is now open!

The new location promises that “Guests can expect to enjoy a similar experience to Wine Bar George at Disney Springs.” The second location opens with a smaller (but still impressive) wine list featuring over 75 unique wines to enjoy by the glass, bottle, or ounce. According to their website, “the list features a selection of wines from around the world including some of the finest in our Outstanding by the Ounce section.”

The MCO location will also feature food under the direction of Ron Rupert, Director of Culinary Development for Wine Bar George. While you won’t want to plan for a full meal here, you’ll find filling options like small plates, cheese and charcuterie and entrees. For those early flights, breakfast options will also be available.

Wine Bar George at MCO is in the brand new Terminal C which services Aer Lingus, Azul, British Airways, Caribbean Airlines, Emirates, GOL, Icelandair, Lufthansa, Norse and the anchor airline is JetBlue. The MCO location is owned and operated by a third party and because of this Corkcicle refills and Wine Bar George gift cards are not valid at the Orlando International Airport location.

About Jill Bivins

Jill Bivins has been visiting Disney Parks since she was 2 years old and loves sharing her Disney adventures with the world. She likes to say Disney is in her blood and writing is in her bones — so any time she has the opportunity to combine these loves she is one happy camper! She has a deep abiding love for Epcot and as a die hard Star Wars fan has a serious love for Hollywood Studios as well. When she isn't exploring or writing about Disney Parks, Jill is homeschooling her 8 year old son, playing with her brand new baby son, or pretending to be a farmer on her family homestead (despite being unable to keep even a cactus alive).
