Animatronic Breakdown Frightens Guests

Unfortunately, due to the nearly constant running of this attraction, wear and tear on these animatronics can be expected. While these issues are totally normal, they do definitely take away from some of the magic of the ride.

Recent guests visiting the attraction were shocked and horrified by the sight of a passed-out Belle and Philippe. The sight of these two characters being lifeless is certainly not what guests are hoping to see at such an otherwise magical attraction.
