Fans of Beauty and the Beast (1992) rejoice — the beloved Enchanted Tales with Belle experience is returning to Magic Kingdom Park at the Walt Disney World Resort.
Disney Parks Entertainment offers fans the unique experience of meeting and engaging with some of their favorite animated characters in real life, bringing the stories we love beyond the big screen and making them our reality. Of course, elevated character experiences, such as interactive performances or character dining, are extremely popular with Guests, but one, in particular, has been missing from the Resort for years.

Located in Fantasyland, this meet-and-greet experience combines character interactions with live stage performances and dazzling special effects! Guests enter the idyllic country cottage where Belle and her father, Maurice, reside, exploring details from the film and unlocking new secrets about their life in the provincial town where Belle lived before becoming a princess.
Next, Guests discover the inventor’s workshop full of fun and interactive gadgets, as well as the Beast’s enchanted mirror, which comes to life and shows participants Belle and the Beast’s love story before transporting them straight into his Castle library! Here, the Enchanted Wardrobe and Lumière direct Guests in a reenactment of this tale as old as time alongside Princess Belle herself!

Certainly, it’s a wonderful way to “ relive the magic of Disney’s Beauty and the Beast by taking part in her fairytale—alongside Belle herself,” as promised on the Walt Disney World website! Unfortunately, following the theme park’s closure in 2020 due to Covid-19 restrictions, Enchanted Tales with Belle remained shuttered, even as the rest of the Park’s major character interactions reopened across Magic Kingdom.
While other meet-and-greet options remained for princess-lovers everywhere, like the Princess Fairytale Hall experience, this unique interaction is truly a step above anything else at Disney Parks worldwide, and fans are elated to have it back finally! In fact, operating hours have now magically reappeared on the attraction’s online calendar, marking its reopening debut!
