When it comes to Walt Disney World, nobody can deny the excitement that comes along with the thrill rides. Attractions such as Expedition Everest, Rock ‘N’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, and the recently-closed Splash Mountain have always been fan favorites amongst Guests visiting Walt Disney World.
However, the true unsung heroes of Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, EPCOT, and Animal Kingdom are the underrated attractions.

One Disney fan recently asked an online community, “What’s the most underrated attraction at [Walt Disney World]?” Immediately, the answers began pouring in.
Some popular answers included EPCOT’s Gran Fiesta Tour, Soarin’ Around the World, Spaceship Earth, Living With the Land, and the American Adventure.

Magic Kingdom’s PeopleMover, Enchanted Tiki Room, and Under the Sea – Journey of the Little Mermaid were all mentioned.
Hollywood Studios’ Muppet Vision 3D and Animal Kingdom’s DINOSAUR attractions were also listed as some of the best underrated attractions in Walt Disney World.

Although crowds would probably prefer more famous attractions such as “it’s a small world,” Peter Pan’s Flight, or the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, the underrated, slow-moving, dark rides of each Disney Resort are truly the unsung heroes.
More often than not, these underrated attractions are indoors, meaning they’re air-conditioned places to sit and rest your feet for a few moments. Best of all, underrated attractions typically have short wait times!

Just because they’re not the most popular doesn’t mean they don’t contribute. If every attraction were top-rated, visiting a Disney Park would be miserable. Imagine the wait times!
