Second Fire Reported at Disney World’s Magic Kingdom in 48 Hours
Magic Kingdom Park has experienced two separate fire alerts in less than two days, and Walt Disney World Resort has remained silent on both occasions.
Tuesday’s Call Comes In at 12:38 p.m.

At 12:38 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, law enforcement received a 911 call reporting a fire at Magic Kingdom Park. Scanner monitoring account @WDWActiveCrime logged the response on X (formerly known as Twitter):

The Google Maps screenshot attached to the alert places the emergency response just outside the park’s borders, near the bus depot and Minnie Van drop-off point along the walkway connecting the Magic Kingdom to Disney’s Contemporary Resort. As with previous scanner alerts tied to the Central Florida Disney parks, the pinned location reflects a generalized address rather than a confirmed precise location, so the actual site of Tuesday’s response may differ from what the map suggests.

Walt Disney World Resort has not issued any statement about the incident. No operational impacts at Magic Kingdom Park have been reported in connection with Tuesday’s fire alert.
The Second Alert at Magic Kingdom Park in Under 48 Hours

Tuesday’s call follows a fire alert logged at Magic Kingdom Park less than two days earlier. At 9:34 a.m. on Monday, June 8, @WDWActiveCrime captured a 911 call for a fire at the original Central Florida Disney park, with the attached Google Maps screenshot pointing to an area near the Be Our Guest restaurant in Fantasyland.

Walt Disney World Resort made no statement about the Monday incident either, and operations at Be Our Guest continued normally throughout the day. The two alerts appear to be unrelated, with the Monday response pinpointed to Fantasyland and Tuesday’s response logged near the park’s external transportation area.

Guests at Magic Kingdom Park on Tuesday should not expect any delays or disruptions tied to the afternoon’s fire alert. Anyone who encounters law enforcement or emergency responders during a Walt Disney World Resort visit is encouraged to avoid any cordoned-off areas and follow directions from authorities and Disney cast members on the scene.
