These images will shock you!
Disney World is a magical destination that has captured the hearts and imaginations of people worldwide. Walt Disney World is located in Orlando, Florida, and is the most visited vacation resort in the world. Disney World sees thousands of Guests daily. With four main theme parks, Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney also is home to two water parks, Blizzard Beach (temporarily closed) and Typhoon Lagoon. Disney has over 25 hotels, and Guests can also visit the Disney Springs shopping and dining district.
Over the course of time, Disney has looked at different locations for a new theme park to be built. Outside of California where Disneyland Resort is located and Florida where Walt Disney World Resort is located, states like South Carolina, New York, and most recently, Georgia, North Carolina and Virginia have been targeted as potential destinations.
Amid the battle with Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, new legislation has come forward that would invite Disney to move to North Carolina. While we are unsure if this would ever really happen, Disney World fans hope that it is their state if the company were to ever move.
“Leaked photos” of Disney deciding to move have now come forward.
Esplanerd tweeted a photo of Walt Disney World moving to North Carolina. Guests can see what Cinderella Castle may look like with the first images.

While Disney has not commented on how they plan to move Cinderella Castle or if they will move, Guests have shown “great ideas” on how to get the Castle from one place to the other.
While things between Disney and the state of Florida may be a little rocky right now, there is no reason to believe that Walt Disney World Resort will be going anywhere. The Orlando destination is 43 square miles, and moving that amount of infrastructure would take an amount of money even The Mouse probably doesn’t have at his disposal.
What state would you want Disney World to move to?
