Jim MacPhee, WDW Senior Vice President of Operations, to Retire After 42 Years With Disney

Walt Disney World’s President has announced that Jim MacPhee, Walt Disney World Senior Vice President of Operations, will be retiring after 42 years with the Disney company.

He leaves behind a tremendous legacy inspiring our Cast and helping bring magic to life for our guests.
