Baby Care Centers at Disney are an essential resource for parents visiting the parks with their little ones. These centers offer a variety of amenities to ensure both parents and babies have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. From diaper-changing stations to nursing rooms, Disney’s baby care centers are designed with the needs of families in mind.
Additionally, these centers provide a quiet and private space for feeding and tending to infants, allowing parents to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks.
Unfortunately, one of these normally tranquil spaces recently became the site of an unfortunate drunken display. According to witnesses on the scene, an intoxicated man was approached by security after he “dropped trou” and urinated in front of children.

Disney’s baby care centers are staffed with friendly and helpful cast members who are trained to assist with any needs or concerns parents may have. Whether it’s providing information about nearby attractions suitable for young children or offering guidance on navigating the parks with a stroller, the cast members at the baby care centers go above and beyond to ensure families have a seamless and memorable visit. The centers offer:
“Nursing room with chairs
Changing room with tables
Toddler-size toilets (for Guests under 42” tall)
Feeding area with highchairs
Kitchen with sink, bottle warmers and microwave (select use only)
Vending machine offering formula, baby food, juice, diapers, wipes, sunscreen, pacifiers and over-the-counter medication—all available for purchase with a credit card
Overall, Disney’s baby care centers are an invaluable resource for families visiting the parks, providing a safe, convenient, and welcoming environment for parents and their young children. These centers also are pickup spots for any lost children that may be found within the resorts.
By offering a range of amenities and services tailored to the needs of families with infants and toddlers, these centers play a crucial role in enhancing the overall experience of guests and ensuring a memorable and stress-free visit to the most magical place on earth. Unfortunately, the experience of guests visiting at the time of this incident was less than the stress-free standard.
Witness Shares Shocking Account
On June 14, 2024, one family’s day took a turn for the worse when they experienced an unfortunate incident in Disneyland California Adventure Park’s Baby Care Center. While they were there to change their child’s diaper, an intoxicated man allegedly interrupted their peaceful moment. They report:
“Adult Urinating in Baby Care Center
I have been reluctant to share this incident as Disney staff and Anaheim PD believe it’s not a big issue as they said it was “probably not a malicious act.”
On June 14th, 2024, my husband and I walked into the Baby Care Center in DCA to change our toddlers’ diapers on the changing tables. It was empty except for one other mother changing her child as well. While I was changing my daughter’s diaper, a woman carrying a baby walked in with an intoxicated man following behind. The woman proceeded to enter the private nursing room. The man then walked to the open potty and stood over the toilet. I was under the impression he was standing over/supervising a small child while the child did their duty. I lowered my daughter from the changing table so we could go wash our hands. She was only a few steps ahead of me when I heard the attendant kicking the man out. I quickly grabbed my daughter and went back into the corner where the changing tables are; I don’t know if my daughter saw his genitalia. The attendant kept telling him this area was reserved for the use of children only. His response, “I’m pissing already. I don’t know what you want me to do.” Security was called and after some time of explaining the events, they claimed the drunk was escorted from the park but would be able to return if he wished. One of the security guards didn’t find an issue with a grown, intoxicated adult urinating in an open bathroom for children and said “well, he was peeing.”
Take this as you wish but I figured I’d put it out there so we can be extra vigilant with our children, even/especially in Disneyland.
To the sicko wearing camo cargo shorts, camo SD Padres jersey and camo SD hat, you should be ashamed, embarrassed and disgusted with your actions in a children’s bathroom in Disneyland of all places.
**EDIT: thoroughly amazed and disgusted in how many people are ok with drunk men dropping trou (whether to urine or not) in a children’s open restroom. “He’s just drunk.”

Many concerned commenters believe that more should have been done to prevent this man from returning to Disneyland Resort. However, some believe that this was simply a drunk mistake that was handled appropriately. What do you think?
Disney changed when it started selling beer and alcohol in magic kingdom and animal kingdom along with Disney studios with is a place to spend family time and not watching for drunks plus the stealing for outside
