Exciting news has arrived for Disney fans and those who have been eagerly anticipating the opening of the new San Fransokyo Square! Baymax, the lovable character from the hit film Big Hero 6, is now available for meet and greets at San Fransokyo Square. This new addition is set to delight visitors of all ages and add even more magic to the already enchanting park.

Baymax Begins Meet and Greets at San Fransokyo Square: A New Experience at Disney California Adventure
San Fransokyo Square is Disneyland Resort’s latest addition, taking over the area that was previously the Pacific Wharf. The area, which opened this past week, is molded after the fictional setting of the film Big Hero 6. San Fransokyo is a fusion of San Franciso and Tokyo, and the result is an area with a very intriguing tri-cultural influence. Fans have been waiting for more of this film to make its way into the Parks, so this new addition is happily received.
The introduction of Baymax meet and greets not only adds to the immersive experience of San Fransokyo Square but also enhances the overall park experience. Disney California Adventure Park is known for its diverse offerings, from thrilling attractions to delicious cuisine, and the addition of Baymax creates yet another reason to visit.

The Big, Puffy, Loveable Baymax!
One of the best parts about meeting Baymax is that he is so huge! Standing at six feet and two inches, Baymax is one of the largest characters you can meet at Disney. Fans will be so excited to give him some squishy hugs at his meet-and-greet location across the San Fransokyo Gate Bridge.
While Baymax can engage in limited conversation with Guests, unfortunately, he will not be able to give signatures due to the size of his fingers.
