Credit: Disney

Sometimes you are craving a slice of ooey, gooey, cheesy pizza. There are plenty of delicious pizza options at Walt Disney World Resort. From slices at the Disney BoardWalk and PizzeRizzo in Hollywood Studios to large pizzas ordered in at a Disney World Resort. One of my favorites for a fresh and customizable pizza is at Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza at Disney Springs. It doesn’t have to be National Pizza Day for you to enjoy a custom pizza at this spot.

Blaze Pizza is not a Disney Springs original. In fact, you’ll find chains across the country. But don’t let that fact fool you; this specialty pizza is a delicious meal option for a great price. Founded in Pasadena, California with the goal of serving pizza made from fresh ingredients in a sustainable and responsible manner, this company is a committed to serving delicious food in an eco-friendly way.

Build your own pizzas come in at $10.45 each. Choose from red sauce, pesto, white cream sauce, or spicy red sauce as a base for your pizza. Next, cheese it up with Parmesan, shredded mozzarella, fresh mozzarella, goat cheese, vegan cheese, feta, ricotta, or Gorgonzola. Load your pizza up with meats like Applewood-smoked bacon, Italian sausage, crumbled meatballs, pepperoni, grilled chicken, smoked ham, and crumbled vegan chorizo. When it comes to veggies, garnish your pie with banana peppers, chopped garlic, black olives, artichokes, cherry tomatoes, green bell peppers, jalapeño, red onion, mushrooms, pineapple, and spinach — just to name just a few.

If you’d rather stick to a tried-and-true pizza, why not order from the Signature menu? With options like the Link In, Meat Eater, Red Vine, Veg Out, and BBQ Chkn, there are so many great options. The Link In is composed of a spicy red sauce, spicy jalapeño, juicy sausage, black olives, red onion, banana peppers, and melty mozzarella. The Meat Eater is a classic meat lover’s option with a red sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, meatballs and red onion. The Red Vine Pizza is another delicious option that’s one of my fresh favorites. This pizza is made with a bright red sauce, Ovalini mozzarella, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, fresh basil and finished off with a flavorful olive oil drizzle.

If a veggie option sounds good, try the Veg Out. This pizza is loaded with seasonal veggies, red sauce dollops, mushrooms, red onion, mozzarella, and Gorgonzola for a funky hit of flavor. The BBQ Chkn pizza is another delicious choice. This meaty pizza is covered in chicken, mozzarella, red onion, banana peppers, tangy Gorgonzola cheese, and finished with a BBQ Sauce Drizzle. All Signature Pizzas can be customized with gluten-free dough, a high-rise crust dough, a cauliflower crust, or a keto-friendly crust. All Signature Pizzas are 11” in size, making them a good size for sharing (if you are willing to share such a yummy dinner).

There are some delicious sides and salads you’ll also want to try. Snag a side salad or garlic dough knots. Side salads are $5.95 and entrée-sized salads are $8.95. Dough knots can be purchased in orders of 4 ($4.50) or 6 ($6.75). One of the fan favorites at this quick-service eatery is the Blood Orange Lemonade. Don’t miss an opportunity to try this refreshing, tropical and delicious drink. The Prickly Pear Agua Fresca and Key Lime Mine Agua Fresca are other delicious and fruity choices

Remember to save room for dessert because the S’mores Pie is not to be missed. This whoopie pie-style hand pie has a pre-melted marshmallow and chocolate mix smooshed between two fluffy graham cracker sides. This S’mores Pie can be heated to make for a melty and delicious dessert that has a perfect flavor distribution in each bite. The fluffy graham cracker sides are delicious without being too crumbly and messy. If you are craving a more classic choice, try a chunky and delicious chocolate chip cookie dusted with flaky sea salt.

While Blaze Pizza does not deliver, you can purchase your pizza to go and take it back to your Disney Resort to enjoy, or you can stay and eat in. Eating at the restaurant is my recommendation, and I’m pretty sure you won’t be able to resist sitting down to eat this delicious pizza right away! With plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, you can dine alfresco or enjoy the air conditioning inside.

About Katie Chapman

Hey There! I am a Georgia native with a passion for writing, traveling, cooking, decorating, pugs and of course all things Disney. Growing up in South Georgia just a few hours from Walt Disney World made for a magical childhood. Some of my best memories were made on Main Street U.S.A. with my sister watching SpectroMagic nighttime parade or beside my grandparents, parents and extended family at Chef Mickey’s celebrating on a family vacation. Epcot was my favorite park from a young age and I credit it with my interest in and love for international travel. As a kid I loved meeting characters and watching films around World Showcase and could spend hours exploring each of the countries in Epcot. These days, my husband and I get away to explore a new country whenever we can and even incorporate trips to The Disney Store and Disney Parks around the world in our travels. One of our travel goals is to visit every Disney Park in the world. I love writing about Disney restaurants, park tips, Disney outfit inspiration and Disney history. Pocahontas is my favorite Disney Princess (90s kid here!) but Mr. Toad is my spirit animal. When I’m not at Disney I’m reading about park history, watching Disney documentaries and shopping vintage Disney merch for park outfits. I never pass up a reservation to Ohana, an empty seat on Living with the Land or a Violet Sake.
