This new series marks a major shift in the world of wizardry. Rather than continuing the story of Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, and Ron Weasley as we know them, this ambitious project will start from the very beginning. Fans will have the chance to experience the beloved tale once more, but this time, with more in-depth exploration of the iconic books that the films never fully captured.

The series will delve into each book with the depth it deserves, turning each one into an entire season. With plans for a ten-year run, this is an exciting new chapter for the Harry Potter universe.

Filming on the series is already well underway, and while fans are eagerly awaiting more updates, HBO has finally given a glimpse of what’s to come.

  1. Just a point, so don’t draw the race card JUST yet, but has little English rose, Hermione, been on a long sun baked holiday? Or is it just the eleventh commandment of visual entertainment. ” Squeeze the appropriate race mixtures into production “. Reminiscent of when the BBC doing a time travel or period drama, the ALWAYS force black or Asian faces into places they FACTUALLY would not have been. Just like the atrocious Bridgerton. They have all of the above AND a small round Irish actor, where she would not be. Stick to the source material.

  2. I can’t wait to see this version of Harry Potter and I’m excited for all the little kids who will have their own version of the series.
They will grow up with these characters and have their own memories. And when they get older, just as the original actors did, maybe there will be a new series for their kids.
Time moves on and I, for one, would rather experience and be a part of the future rather then being stuck in the past.
It will be fun to see new and more in depth adventures with this crew.
