The TRUTH About Figment
Stepping into the world of Figment is like entering a unique and surreal universe where imagination knows no bounds. With his mischievous grin and boundless energy, Figment’s presence in the park is a delightful reminder of the power of creativity and the wonders it can bring.
Walt Disney World is renowned for its attention to detail, and a part of that is making sure that the parks are fully decorated for the winter holiday season. From Christmas trees on Main Street, U.S.A., to jingle bells at Disney’s Hollywood Studios Park, there is no lack of festivities to be found. Disney’s decorations go beyond just the streets of the theme parks; in fact, many rides get holiday makeovers as well.
Journey Into Imagination With Figment is not just an attraction; it’s a journey into the depths of the human mind. Guided by Figment himself, guests embark on a whimsical adventure that explores the boundless realm of imagination. The attraction is a testament to the enduring legacy of Walt Disney, who believed in the power of storytelling and the importance of nurturing our creativity. This holiday season, this attraction will also experience a festive touch.
Is Disney Trying to Tell Us Something?
Earlier this week, Figment was seen dressed in his new holiday sweated on the Journey to Imagination with Figment attraction at World Celebration. This year, fans were struck by the colors of the sweater that Figment was wearing, which is blue and white. Instead of wearing Christmas colors, red and green, Figment is wearing blue and white, which are often associated with the Jewish holiday, Hanukkah.
Thus, a conspiracy is born. Fans on the internet concocted that because of his sweater, Figment must actually be Jewish. On fan Tweets;
“Annual reminder that blue and white are not Christmas colors BUT are in fact Hanukkah colors. Figment is Jewish”

While this theory has certainly never been confirmed by Disney, it is definitely a fun thing to speculate. At Disney, all holidays are celebrated as part of the Resort’s winter festivities. Disney is dedicated to ensuring that all guests feel represented at Disney in some way, and a huge part of that is celebrating and honoring different holiday celebrations around the world. Who knows? Perhaps Figment will be a new lesson for guests!
