Bounce Back Offer

Disney is slowly (very slowly) getting back to normal after the pandemic. When the Parks first reopened, the experience was very different but over time the Disney we all know and love has returned. Three years later, one of our favorite things is finally making its grand re-entrance!

Is there anything worse than the end of a Disney World vacation? All good things must come to an end, of course, but that doesn’t mean we have to like it. Disney World used to lessen the sting of our return to the “real world” by offering a discount on the only surefire cure for the Disney Blues: planning the next trip. Bounce Back Offers were given to Walt Disney World Resort Hotel guests to entice a return visit.

For many the magic begins with “just one trip.” It’s hard to understand just how magical a trip to Disney Parks can be without having experienced it firsthand. Once you do though, there’s no turning back- you want more. “Just one trip” turns into another. And another. And another. Pretty soon, you’re going yearly. It’s nice to be rewarded for that loyalty, with a Disney discount, which is just what the Bounce Back offer does.

As of July 5, we are happy to report that the Bounce Back offer has returned! If you book your next Disney World vacation within seven days of checkout, you’ll be able to secure great deals. How great are we talking? 25-35% off depending on resort category:

  • Save up to 25% off Value Resorts
  • Save up to 30% off Moderate Resorts
  • Save up to 35% off Deluxe Resorts & Deluxe Villas

The offer excludes certain dates but not many. Spring break, late fall, and major holidays are, for the most part, excluded. Interestingly, much of the Christmas season is included (which is different from the last time this discount was offered). The discount is available for the following dates:

  • January 7-10, 2024
  • January 15-18, 2024
  • January 21-25, 2024
  • January 28 to February 1, 2024
  • February 4-8, 2024
  • February 11-14, 2024
  • February 19-22, 2024
  • February 25 to March 16, 2024
  • March 31 to May 23, 2024
  • May 27 to August 29, 2024
  • September 2-30, 2024
  • October 27-31, 2024
  • November 25-27, 2024
  • December 1-24, 2024

The offer is better than ever before. Not only are the discounts higher but more dates than ever are included. Also new is that the offer will be emailed to guests upon checkout. Before, you had to use the code provided on a flier left in your room by Mousekeeping. This made it easy to miss, especially if you didn’t know to look for it. An email ensures more people will see and take advantage of this retention initiative.

Keep in mind that you must call to book this offer. You cannot book it online. If you use a travel Agent, they are able to book it for you but you must contact them within the seven day period and let them know that you want to utilize the Bounce Back offer. Unlike many discounts, this one cannot be automatically applied.

Nothing makes going home any easier, but going home to a  Disney discount helps. It’s encouraging that the offer is returning and makes us hopeful that more fan-favorite discounts could return in the near future (free dining anyone?). This Disney discount only applies to 2023 guests booking a vacation in 2024, but we expect a similar general discount to be released for 2024 late this year or early next year. As always. We will keep you updated on any developments so stay tuned right here at Disney Dining!

About Jill Bivins

Jill Bivins has been visiting Disney Parks since she was 2 years old and loves sharing her Disney adventures with the world. She likes to say Disney is in her blood and writing is in her bones — so any time she has the opportunity to combine these loves she is one happy camper! She has a deep abiding love for Epcot and as a die hard Star Wars fan has a serious love for Hollywood Studios as well. When she isn't exploring or writing about Disney Parks, Jill is homeschooling her 8 year old son, playing with her brand new baby son, or pretending to be a farmer on her family homestead (despite being unable to keep even a cactus alive).
