A dream come true happened to one woman from Gloucester County, New Jersey when she won the jackpot from an iPhone app. She was playing Powerball on the lottery app, Jackpocket. At 3 a.m., the woman received a mysterious email that said she had one the million-dollar prize. Initially, she felt it was too good to be true.
