In the enchanting world of Disney, magic isn’t just a word; it’s a promise. For decades, Disney has been known for creating unforgettable experiences for its guests. However, what truly sets Disney apart is its unwavering commitment to going the extra mile and making magic for special guests. Whether it’s a child with a dream or an individual facing unique challenges, Disney’s dedication to creating cherished memories knows no bounds.
Walt Disney World is home to four theme parks: Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Each Disney park includes different attractions, shows, and character meet and greets for guests to experience. Disney World also tends to have special events during the year, such as Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Disney After-Hour Events, and much more. These events allow for special parades, meet and greets, and treats for guests.Disney World guests planning to attend this event will need separate Walt Disney World tickets for the event.
At the heart of Disney’s mission is the desire to bring joy to every child. For children with life-threatening illnesses or disabilities, this mission takes on a profound significance. Disney has a long-standing tradition of granting wishes through partnerships with organizations like the Make-A-Wish Foundation. These wishes often involve VIP park experiences, character meet-and-greets, and personal attention from cast members, ensuring these children and their families experience moments of pure joy amidst their challenges.
While other guests can still go to Disney and experience the magic of Disney, the power of Facebook helped Drew and Tyler have the most magical night. A woman named Debbie posted Drew’s story on Facebook, asking Cast Members and guests who see Drew and his brother Tyler to say “hey and treat them like they are celebrities.” Drew is a fighter, and he is fighting pediatric brain cancer for the third time, and his recent trial failed. But this does not stop Drew; he and his brother attended Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party on September 29 and felt the magic of Disney World.
Walt Disney World Resort is known as “The Most Magical Place on Earth,” and Drew and Tyler got to experience Disney World during its most magical time. These guests went to Mickey’s-Not-So Scary Halloween Party dressed as Winnie the Pooh and Tigger.
When they entered Magic Kingdom, the first location they stopped at was guest relations, and the whole team knew about Drew and Tyler. They asked to take photos with him and for his autograph. After leaving, they went to get candy when a Cast Member named Justin recognized them and gathered several other Cast Members over the microphone. Justin repeated that Drew and Tyler, the celebrities, were here. Afterward, they headed to the Winnie the Pooh meet and greet when the Disney PhotoPass photographer, James, recognized and Drew’s mom commented on how kind James was and he took millions of amazing photos.
After meeting their twins Winnie the Pooh and Tigger, the family headed to ride The Barnstormer when Cast Member Katt recognized them. Drew and Tyler then went to meet the seven dwarfs. While they waited in line, the Cast Members were hyping them up, and Cast Member Molly was telling them jokes. A special moment was when they were in line waiting, the dwarfs came up to them and Dopey– who is Drew’s favorite– surprised him, and when it was their turn, the dwarfs spent a lot of time with them, making this a magical moment.
During Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, guests can watch the Boo to You Parade. In the viral TikTok, @Kahn told the boys the best spot to watch the parade was in front of Pecos Bill in Frontierland. @Kahn had already told a parade performer that she knows about Drew and Tyler, who told his friends about these special boys. During this parade, several characters came up to talk and hug Drew and Tyler. Winnie the Pooh, Alice in Wonderland, Snow White and the seven dwarfs, and several other characters gave Drew, Tyler, and the whole family a magical night.
@notkahnjunior Replying to @kahn thank you to everyone for making this happen, magic exists. We love you drewandtyler!
While this is not even everything that happened during Drew and Tyler’s night, this shows the magic is still alive at Disney World. Families from around the world come to Disney to forget everything going on in the world, at work, or even at home for a glimpse of magical moments.
Disney’s dedication to making magic for special guests is an integral part of its legacy. It’s not just about creating magical experiences; it’s about touching the hearts and souls of those who visit. Disney’s commitment to going the extra mile reminds us that there are no limits to the magic that can be created in the world of dreams, and every guest is a cherished part of the Disney story.
