Disney’s Animal Kingdom Welcomes a Baby Girl Mandrill!

Congrats to the Mandrill family at Disney’s Animal Kingdom! A new baby girl has arrived and she’s absolutely adorable to say the least. This little girl was born Saturday, April 10, to first-time mom Hazel and dad Linus. Ready for the cutie’s name? Cast members named the infant Ivy to fit in with the rest of her colorful family – Olive, Scarlett, Snow and Hazel. Check out the cute video below.

As shared by Disney: “Disney’s Animal Care team welcomed an adorable baby mandrill into the world overnight at Disney’s Animal Kingdom! First-time Mom Hazel and baby Ivy have already settled in with the rest of the troop at Kilimanjaro Safaris.”
