Exciting news out of Disneyland! Even though it looks like the reopening of the Disneyland parks is still far off, Disney has decided to reopen the Disney Vacation Club Villas on December 6.
As shared by the OCRegister: The Disney Vacation Club villas at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa will reopen on Dec. 6, according to a letter sent to DVC members. “This is yet another positive step forward,” reads the letter to DVC members. “Our cast couldn’t be happier to welcome you back home.”
COVID-19 health and safety reopening guidelines issued by the state could leave Disneyland, Disney California Adventure and other large California theme parks unable to return until early 2021 or next summer. Downtown Disney reopened in July.

Only the DVC villas will reopen during the initial stage of the phased reopening. The rest of Disney’s Grand Californian as well as the Disneyland Hotel and the Paradise Pier Hotel will remain closed indefinitely.
