Disneyland Paris has captivated the hearts and imaginations of millions of guests from around the world. Disneyland Paris is located in Marne-la-VallĂ©e, France, this magical destination is not just a theme park; it’s a location where guests’ dreams come to life, fantasies are realized, and cherished memories are made that will last a lifetime.
When guests step through the gates of Disneyland Paris, it is like entering a magical world where time stands still, and reality gives way to enchantment. From the moment guests set foot on Main Street, U.S.A., they are transported, guests can see charming storefronts, vintage architecture, and the nostalgic sound of ragtime music drifting through the air.
But the magic doesn’t stop there. As Disneyland guests venture deeper into the park, they discover a world of wonder waiting to be explored. Adventureland, Frontierland, and the most popular land, Fantasyland, are some of the different worlds guests can explore.
Fantasyland, with its iconic Sleeping Beauty Castle as its centerpiece, is a realm straight out of fairy tales, where classic stories come to life in vivid detail. From flying with Dumbo to exploring the whimsical world of Alice in Wonderland, there’s no shortage of enchanting experiences to be had.
DLP tweeted on X (formally known as Twitter) about the iconic Sleeping Beauty Castle undergoing much-needed work after a reported fire damaged the turrets of the landmark. While this may seem alarming, this is due to the nighttime spectacular, Disney Dreams!, and the pyrotechnics that are used in the show each night.
“Refurbishment of the damaged Sleeping Beauty Castle turrets has begun, starting with this little one. It’s being carried out mainly outside operating hours using a mobile crane.”

The fire used in the show can mess up the paint on the Sleeping Beauty Castle, which is why you’re seeing the repairs being done.
These damages to the castle can disrupt the park’s ambiance and affect guests’ experiences. However, Disney’s dedication to maintaining its standard of excellence ensures that such incidents are swiftly addressed.
During the restoration process, Disneyland Paris takes proactive measures to minimize disruption to park guests by doing most of the work outside of operation hours. While this project may take some time, guests may spot a mobile crane from time to time.
