Disneyland Cast Members reportedly ruined a family vacation by separating children from their parents.

Disneyland is home to two theme parks: Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. Disneyland Park allows guests as soon as they pass through the iconic turnstiles, a wave of excitement washes over you. Main Street, U.S.A.
It’s a place where dreams begin to take shape. That is when guests will be able to spot Sleeping Beauty Castle, and from there, guests can explore different lands and attractions such as Jungle Cruise, Pirates of the Caribbean, Haunted Mansion, “it’s a small world,” and many more.
Next door at Disney California Adventure Park, guests can explore different lands such as Radiator Springs, Avengers Campus, Pixar Pier, and much more. Disneyland guests can experience attractions such as Goofy’s Sky School, Incredicoaster, Inside Out Emotional Whirlwind, Radiator Springs Racers, Soarin’ Over California, Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT!, and many more attractions.

In a viral TikTok, one family talks about how Disneyland Cast Members ruined their trip.
In this TikTok, the mom talks in a two-part video about her experience at Disneyland and how her daughter was nervous about riding faster attractions. They finally got the daughter to try Space Mountain, located at Disneyland Park. The family was loaded into the cart when a Disney Cast Member removed her son and daughter from the front of the cart.

This was when the Disney mom shared that she asked what was happening and thought she would get off the attraction. Then, she claims that the attraction took off, and she was shocked at what unfolded.
After the attraction ended, they found the Cast Member who removed the children, and they shared that the weight on the cart was too much, so they were removed and put on another cart. The mom adds in her video that Disney should have it in place not to remove children because she does not know if they can be separated.

Disney Cast Members do their best to keep attractions running smoothly and keep wait time low so fast changes may happen to prevent delays from occurring. While this Cast Member should not have removed the children from the parents without an explanation, they were just doing their job to keep the attraction from shutting down.
