When it comes to Walt Disney World, there are four different theme parks, each one totally unique from any Disney Park in the world.

Between Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and EPCOT, only one Walt Disney World theme has a Frozen ride. We’re talking, of course, about EPCOT’s Frozen Ever After attraction.

Frozen Ever After, despite being nearly ten years old, remains one of the Disney Park’s most popular attractions.

This slow-moving boat ride takes Guests into the world of Arendelle, where they can see their favorite characters, such as Princess Anna, Kristoff, Olaf, Sven, and of course, Queen Elsa.

However, one Guest recently rode the attraction and captured a video of the Frozen Ever After ride…freezing, for lack of a better word:

We got stuck on the frozen ride .#Orlando #waltdisneyworld #waltdisneyworldparks #epcot #ridesoftiktok #epcot it was an epic day !!!! #vacylove

In this video, we can see that the boat ride has stopped entirely, and dozens of Guests are simply waiting for their day at Disney World to resume.

The video is just under 5 minutes long, showing the entire process as Guests are rescued from their Frozen Ever After nightmare. We can only imagine how long they were stuck on this slow-moving boat ride for!

On the bright side, the Guests were compensated with not just one, but two Lightning Lanes.

That being said, being reimbursed with two Lightning Lanes each must mean that Guests were stuck waiting on Frozen Ever After for a long time!
