After months of construction walls, a January closure, and weeks of speculation about what was being built, Walt Disney World Resort has finally pulled back the curtain on La Poutinerie, the new Quick-Service dining location in the Canada World Showcase Pavilion at EPCOT.
Opening Day Confirmed

Walt Disney World Resort confirmed on June 8 that La Poutinerie will open in the Canada World Showcase Pavilion at EPCOT on July 1, 2026 — Canada Day. The Quick-Service restaurant will serve lunch and dinner and is sponsored by Air Canada.
The construction walls that had surrounded the building came down on Monday as well, giving EPCOT guests their first unobstructed view of the transformed former Refreshment Port structure. Rolling planters still ring the building, but the stonework and roof work documented in progress last week appears to be complete. WDWNT shared the first exterior photo of the finished restaurant on Facebook.
What’s on the Menu
Walt Disney World Resort’s official website has published the full La Poutinerie menu ahead of the July 1 opening. The restaurant’s description from Walt Disney World Resort and Air Canada reads: “A taste of Canada at EPCOT. La Poutinerie, hosted by Air Canada brings a Canadian classic with a twist.”

The food menu centers on two poutine offerings. The Québec: L’Authentique pairs French fries, cheese curds, and brown gravy for $10.99. The Montréal: Viande Fumée builds on that foundation with smoked meat, pickles, and mustard gravy for $12.49.
On the beverage side, the Spiced Apple Slushy — frozen ginger beer blended with lime and spiced apple flavors — is available in both a non-alcoholic version at $6.29 and an alcoholic Spiced Apple Mule with Iceberg Canadian Vodka at $14.50. Canadian and Quebec beverages round out the drink menu, including Molson Canadian Lager ($10.75), Unibroue La Fin du Monde Belgian-style Tripel Ale ($14.00), Jackson-Triggs Reserve Red Blend ($12.00), and Domaine Ste. Michelle Brut ($7.50). Assorted Coca-Cola fountain beverages, smartwater, and DASANI bottled water are also available.
How We Got Here

Refreshment Port closed for refurbishment in January 2026 after years of serving DOLE Whip, specialty poutines, and seasonal snacks near the World Celebration entrance to the EPCOT World Showcase. Walt Disney World Resort remained tight-lipped about its plans for the building for months before announcing in April that the space would be absorbed into the Canada World Showcase Pavilion and reopened as La Poutinerie.
