Ever dreamed of having a creative job working in a Disney Park? Disney has just announced a brand new job position that sounds too good to be true.
Disney in Search of TikTok Creators
On February 16, the Walt Disney Company announced a new job opportunity that sounds like a dream come true. Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort are looking to hire Social Media Content Coordinators to work in the Parks daily. These content creators would create videos the company’s TikTok and other social media, @disneyparks. So what does a Disney Social Media Content Coordinator do?
This position requires you to go to the parks and create TikTok’s showing off new merchandise, food, rides, and anything else going on in the Parks. The position allows you to be imaginative and create whatever content you think shows off the magic of the Parks. The job description explains, “Whether it’s the thrill of a new attraction in one of our global parks, to meeting a character who has always been a life-long companion, to putting on that favorite T-shirt that conjours the memories from a trip of a lifetime – the Disney Parks, Experiences and Products (DPEP) Social Content Creation team strives to showcase the magic and tell those stories that bring joy to our fans EVERY DAY.”
This position is perfect for someone local to the area who wouldn’t mind spending their workweek riding rides and hanging out at Disneyland Resort or Walt Disney World Resort.
