There are some things that are just synonymous with Disney — from Dole Whips to Mickey Pretzels, castles, and fireworks. In addition to an incredible amount of things to see and eat, there are also hundreds of great pieces of merchandise to buy. Over the years, certain merchandise has become collectible, with styles flying off the shelves. Guests just can’t get enough of certain spirit jerseys and Mickey ears, and lines have been around the block for certain popcorn buckets.
Another popular product at Disney Parks are the balloons. Different Disney theme parks have different designs, but the most well-known balloon is shaped like Mickey’s head and comes in a variety of colors. Now the balloon is designed to come inside a clear balloon and some of them even light up. The balloons can be seen tied to strollers and backpacks and are always a great way to brighten someone’s day.
It is this iconic balloon that is the inspiration for Disney’s newest sipper. Guests visiting Disneyland Resort on Valentine’s Day saw the newest sipper sitting on the shelves and just had to share. The sipper is red and is an exact replica of the balloon! Instagram user Disney Hype Beast shared a picture of the newest sipper on social media:

This new sipper is not the first time that Disney has turned the balloon into a super cute piece of merchandise. Disney has also created balloon-shaped popcorn buckets, and they came in a variety of different colors. Those popcorn buckets sold incredibly well and sold out in just a matter of days. As of right now, red is the only color that the sipper comes in, but if it proves to be popular, then it is possible that Disney could make different colored balloon sippers in the future.
