Disney Dining Serving up the latest Disney Eats, Treats, News, and More!
Disney’s International Festival of the Arts has officially begun and Guests have traveled down to the Most Magical Place on Earth to look at gorgeous artwork, eat delicious food, and purchase a ton of great merchandise. One of the most popular new items at the Festival this year is a new popcorn bucket featuring the world’s most adorable purple dragon, with two tiny wings, and eyes big and yellow — Figment. The new bucket is a full-bodied Figment and comes with rainbow popcorn when you purchase it.

Figment has become an icon of EPCOT since he was first introduced to the Disney Park in 1983 on the attraction Journey Into Imagination. The ride has undergone several changes and refurbishments since then, but Figment has remained a constant. He is always featured on the merchandise for festivals like International Festival of the Holidays, Flower and Garden Festival, and International Festival of the Arts. Over that time, he has garnered a cult following and Guests love seeing Figment featured on different types of merchandise.

The Figment popcorn bucket went on sale today, the first day of the Festival of the Arts, and the crowds were lined up to purchase the exclusive merchandise before the food booths even opened. Disney Diary shared a video of the insane line that had formed and it stretched through a chunk of the World Showcase and back to the bridge that is the entrance to the showcase.

Instagrammer @obsessed_with_the_magic shared the buckets that they had managed to purchase, along with the information that the wait to purchase the Figment bucket was more than six hours.
First stop at Festival of the Arts in Epcot! Pop Eats! Offering the Figment Popcorn Bucket, and of course their delicious Grilled Cheese and Tomato Basil Soup!
Cast Members are saying the wait is 6.5 Hours! We were lucky and got here early with early entry, but the birth [sic] still didn’t open until after 10am.

For Guests who would like to try their luck at getting their hands on the newest Disney popcorn bucket, the bucket is available for purchase at the Pop Eats! food booth — located near the Port of Entry. Also available for purchase at the booth is the following:

- Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheese
- Tomato Soup with Bacon, Apple, and Brie Grilled Cheese (New)
- Almond Frangipane Cake layered with raspberry jam and Belgian chocolate
- Pop’t Art: Modern-designed sugar cookie with chocolate-hazelnut filling
- Figment Premium Popcorn Bucket with Rainbow Popcorn (Limit 2 per guest)(New)
Beverages:
- Hazy IPA
- Tomato Soup Can Bloody Mary

It should be noted that Disney does say that the Figment bucket has a limit of 2 per Guest.
