Another update came in today from Disney Cruise Line. As we previously shared, an extension of suspended departures was placed on all of the Disney Cruise Line fleet through September 30, 2020, with Disney Magic ship’s departure suspension through October 2, 2020. Now, the Disney Cruise Line has extended suspensions of all departures through at least October 31, 2020.
As shared on the Disney Cruise Line website:
In alignment with the announcement made on August 5, 2020 by Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) regarding the voluntary extension of suspended passenger operations from U.S. ports, Disney Cruise Line is cancelling sailings through at least October 31, 2020.
Guests booked on affected sailings who have paid their reservation in full will be offered the choice of a cruise credit to be used for a future sailing or a full refund. Guests who have not paid their reservations in full will automatically receive a refund of what they have paid so far. These Guests and travel agents will receive an email from Disney Cruise Line outlining details and next steps.
