A popular Walt Disney World Resort attraction is falling apart, and it has many Guests wondering if it could be the next to go.
Walt Disney World Resort is home to four theme parks: Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Disney World is constantly changing and updating due to the high traffic it experiences at Disney Parks.
Each theme park has something different for visitors to enjoy, but one Park Guests tend to think is more like a zoo is Disney’s Animal Kingdom. While yes, there are animals at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, there is much more. Guests can explore the world of Pandora from the movie Avatar. Guests can also visit DinoLand U.S.A, even though many Guests believe the entire land will soon be extinct due to its need for major updates and potential new attractions that could take this spot. Dinoland, U.S.A. reminds Guests of a carnival-themed area, but in the world of intellectual properties (IPs) ruling the day, many believe it will transform into recent Disney projects such as Raya and the Last Dragon, Zootopia, Moana, or Coco.
In a social media post, a Disney Guest recently visited Disney World and rode the attraction DINOSAUR, located in Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Sadly, they left with questions many questions and shared they could tell the attraction was “dated.”
Just left WDW and Dinosaur is in rough shape, a lot of the animatronics are no longer moving and you can tell it’s pretty dated now. I wonder if they will ever redo the ride.
When you ride DINOSAUR, you will be recruited by a paleontologist for a secret mission to bring a 3.5-ton Iguanadon back to the present. There’s just one problem—the giant meteor that wiped out life on Earth is on the way! Board a rugged Time Rover vehicle and set off on a thrilling adventure through a primeval forest filled with life-like dinosaurs. Careen through unpredictable hairpin turns. Dart around a fearsome Velociraptor hunting for prey. Avoid the clutches of a Cearadactylus soaring overhead!
As the clock counts down, fiery meteors crash down around you. Will you make your escape before the dinosaurs—and you—become extinct?
Do you think this location has seen better days?
