Car Chase Ends in Stand-off Outside Disney Resort

Disney Parks are known throughout the world as being a place of magic and wonder for Guests of all ages. At Disney, you can follow your dreams and be inspired by the characters and stories that mean the most to us. For many Guests, Disney provides a bubble of happiness and magic that is unlike anything found in the outside world.

However, not all is peaceful outside Disney. There are common issues happening outside the gates of the Parks. Just this week, a significant car chase took place, ending in a stand-off with police just outside of Disneyland Resort.

Dramatic Scene Takes Place on Anaheim Road

In a shocking turn of events, a high-speed car chase recently came to an abrupt end in a standoff outside the iconic Disneyland Resort in Southern California. The incident, which drew attention from locals and visitors alike, unfolded at the heart of the world-famous entertainment destination. Amid the excitement and thrill that usually surrounds Disneyland Resort, this unexpected episode left many patrons in awe and disbelief.

Car chases outside of Disneyland are oddly not as unique as many would think. Numerous chases have taken place outside the happiest place on earth this year.

Guest Captures Tense Moment Between Police and Driver

TikTok user @therocketeergirl captures a video of the incident, which took place on July 7, 2023. The user explains that the car chase ended up coming to an end on Harbor Boulevard, located right by the entrance to Disneyland. In the video, you can see multiple officers holding up weapons.

This scene is definitely not something that anyone hopes to see on their vacation, especially if they are traveling with children. Once again, this is a reminder to stay safe and be mindful of surrounding when you leave the Disneyland Resort property.
